i love my tristate windows and siding. actually thet y are my mom's windows that i bought for her. hers were old(60 years) and hard to open. now she walks around the house opening and closing them when ever she wants. the guys were on time and friendly and willing to go that extra mile when they were cleaning up and my mom asked them to take away the old gas grill they were more than happy to help out. when the neighbors kid broke one of her front windows from the time that i called in the repair to the time that they came out and replaced it was 2 weeks a very quick turnaround time in my opinion. they did the siding on my house in milford and you would never had known they were there except for the beautiful house that i was left with. i had to call them to coordinate their schedules with mime and they always called me back within 24 hours so i feel that communication was very high on their list. i fully intend to have tri state put a new roof on my mother's house as well as finishing my basement. choose these guys and you will not regret it.
Pros: always reached a person to talk to and they always called me back
Cons: they were not the lowest in price but i am very happy with the value that i recieved
