As a small business owner, I have been a very satisfied customer of Tri State Computer Wizards for 10 years now. I have to admit I feel like I have a ""friend"" in the computer business, because that is the personal touch this company knows how to do. As an entrepreneur, I practically view Tri State Computer Wizards as my outsourced IT department. Whether I have hardware or software questions, I turn to them for their insight and expertise. They stay on top of the latest things. They know when it's too early to buy certain bells and whistles because ""they haven't worked the bugs out yet, "" and they have pointed my toward stable products which turned out to be sound investments in my business over the years. They know their stuff so much that often I have found them offering creative solutions to things I was trying to do that wound up saving me A LOT of money. I have referred numerous people to them without reservation and even proudly walked one (over 50 year old) friend into the store to buy her first computer, explaining to her that when she runs into a glitch (and as a novice with technology she will) these are real people who will help her. Someone referred me to this company years ago and I'm so glad he did! more

Tri-State Computer Wizards, located in Harrison, OH, is a great resource. They fixed my laptop in a timely manner at a reasonable price with awesome customer service. They fixed my computer and retrieved all my data allowing me to continuing using my laptop without buying a new one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for computer support. more

You'll save yourself quite a bit of money buying anything you need for your computer ONLINE @ numerous vendors(Micro Center, TigerDirect, NewEgg, Ebay). And get a second opinion too when it comes to troubleshooting your computer problems. This place won't hesitate to take you for a ride. more

I have been dealing with Tri-State Computer Wizards Inc for years and their service has always been knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, honest and friendly. When they build a machine that is tailored to your needs they always use quality products that make for a reliable machine that will serve well. They have always been technically excellent(miraculous at times) when inevitable problems have occurred. Having face to face contact or over the computer accesses to technicians is an invaluable benefit. One would be hard pressed to obtain better service than these folks provide. The technicians here not only are knowledgeable but take the time to explain repairs and they made suggestions to improve the performance of my system to accommodate the requirements of Photoshop. I wouldn't take my computers to any other place. The guys down there are friendly, nice, and answer all of my questions. The price is good, nothing like the arm and leg staples and Geek Squad would charge you. They treat me like a real person and will do anything to help me out. Took my computer in to have a virus removed and instead was told that I needed a whole new hard drive...end cost would be $275. So, I picked up my laptop, took it for a second opinion and within a few hours my laptop was virus free and good to go. No new hard drive was needed! I called back and asked for my $39.00 repair estimate to be refunded and I was told they stand behind their work....even if they were wrong! Dont waste your time or money going to this business....rip off central!!!! more
