As a small business owner, I have been a very satisfied customer of Tri State Computer Wizards for 10 years now. I have to admit I feel like I have a ""friend"" in the computer business, because that is the personal touch this company knows how to do. As an entrepreneur, I practically view Tri State Computer Wizards as my outsourced IT department. Whether I have hardware or software questions, I turn to them for their insight and expertise. They stay on top of the latest things. They know when it's too early to buy certain bells and whistles because ""they haven't worked the bugs out yet, "" and they have pointed my toward stable products which turned out to be sound investments in my business over the years. They know their stuff so much that often I have found them offering creative solutions to things I was trying to do that wound up saving me A LOT of money. I have referred numerous people to them without reservation and even proudly walked one (over 50 year old) friend into the store to buy her first computer, explaining to her that when she runs into a glitch (and as a novice with technology she will) these are real people who will help her. Someone referred me to this company years ago and I'm so glad he did!
