Took my computer in to have a virus removed and instead was told that I needed a whole new hard drive...end cost would be $275. So, I picked up my laptop, took it for a second opinion and within a few hours my laptop was virus free and good to go. No new hard drive was needed! I called back and asked for my $39.00 repair estimate to be refunded and I was told they stand behind their work....even if they were wrong! Dont waste your time or money going to this business....rip off central!!!!
