He did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. 2/13/2013

A friend recommended them to me, and I had a 60 year old dining room set that I needed done. I called Jerry, and he told me over the phone a bit about how he did things. He said when he would come, and called before he did. He was very easy to work with. I needed to pick upholstery fabric for the chairs, and helped me pick that out. The work he did was just wonderful. He made the table and six chairs look like new. The finish is exactly what I wanted. He did some repair work and you can't even tell where it was damaged before. I got it within the time promised and he brought it back over to me. more

Careful attention to every detail in restoration 9/10/2012

Tri County Furniture restored antiques that belonged to my parents and some of my own. Their craftsmanship, value, customer service, and care with the pick-up and delivery, were all fantastic. more

Tri County furniture were very professional and did excellent work, I can't say anything bad about it. They did a refinishing job on the furniture in my dining room set and the furniture looks gorgeous. After they did the work they brought it all back and set everything up. They went well beyond what my expectations were and I didn't think the price was that high. more

Tri County Furniture can fix anything and make it look fantastic at a reasonable price 8/27/2012

Tri County Furniture has done a number of things for me over the years. They redid my grandmother's complete oak dining room set, which includes 16 pieces. It's huge and they did a beautiful job. They took a black oak finish and did a honey oak finish that looks natural and original. Then more recently, they redid an early library table that is also a family air-loom. It look flawless. They probably tripled the value of these estate pieces. more

Quality of work great, high-end cost-wise. 8/23/2012

There was confusion about the length of time it would take them to complete the work. We had to call them a couple times to find out where things were. They told us one thing, and it turned out longer. We had a chair reupholstered, and it did turn out great. more

Would recommend them in a heartbeat. 8/21/2012

I initially called Tri-County Furniture for one thing, and that led to a discussion about some other pieces I had. They came and picked up from me an old wood desk with doors that had broken off and some other pieces for upholstery work. They were really helpful with helping me pick out the best options for the work. They kept me abreast of how things were coming along, and they called and delivered the pieces when they were done. So, I'm pleased with what they have done so far. They have one more piece, and then they will have redone my entire living room. I'm just really pleased. more

I have been doing business with Jerry for at last 3 years. He has refinished and repaired many pieces of furniture and he has always done a beautiful job. Jerry backs his work. If you are not happy with a chip here or there, he comes back and takes care of it. He has been Johnny-on-the-spot in terms of making sure we are happy and satisfied. I am very comfortable referring Jerry to friends and people I know. The quality of his work has been excellent. In fact, he just refurnished my 20-year-old Samsonite patio set. I love that set but it had gotten dull and faded over time. It now looks brand-spanking-new. Most recently, I called Jerry to pick up a few other pieces and he was here within ten minutes. Pretty Amazing. more

I have had good experiences with Tri County Furniture. They have worked on three pieces of furniture for me on three different occasions. Jerry worked on a wash stand for me, that was totally wrecked. He put it back together and refinished it. You could not ask for anything better than the job he did. His main man is very good at what he does. I have recommended them to others already. more

Jerry at Tri County Furniture restored my grandmother's furniture and did a good job! I had never done anything like this before so I have no basis for knowing that. Jerry was willing to come out before he made an estimate, while the other people we called did not. I would certainly recommend Jerry at Tri County Furniture for taking care of their heirlooms. They did a great job! more

Great restoration and building/carving 5/7/2012

I have collected desks for years. Usually when I get them, they are in pretty tough shaped-from scratches to missing legs to missing leather. I used to try and refinish them myself and I can't now due to my health, so I use Tri County Furniture. I had a 1920's desk made of walnut, and Jerry fixed it for me and it is absolutely beautiful. He rebuilt a leg, the drawers, and refinished it. The top is resistant now to scratches or water and it looks great. more

Superb in every way, very skilled and excellent pricing 4/17/2012

I acquire a lot of antiques, and many of them need to be restored. They are all beautiful pieces that were aged, abused over the years, etc. I went to many restoration places, and was not satisfied so I brought some tables to Jerry at Tri County Furniture. I had Jerry start picking up antiques at auctions I had purchased, but he also does upholstery , springs, tapestry material, framing, and wood carving. You can supply your own fabric or his and he can work with French antiques with brass framing, guilding restoration, and leather seating. He can create different grains of wood and he even sculpts. I have a Venetian pedestal there now and it was missing a leg, so Jerry is doing his own carving for it. When the work is finished you cannot even tell it is not the original. He is great with stain and color too. Jerry is down to earth and exceptionally superb in every way. more

Great Work 4/4/2008

Tri-County Furniture refinished an antique, seven leaf, dinning room table for us. It changed from being relegated to the basement into a beautiful piece that we now use for every family dinner. Great service and quality work 11/2/2005

Tri County Furniture Stripping and Refinishing will treat your heirloom like their own. I received a beautiful antique chest from my in-laws, the problem was that someone had had it painted off-white with gilding. I tried to strip the paint myself and made a mess of it. For the price of more chemicals I entrusted Tri County Furniture to refinish this piece, I was not disappointed, it came back exquisitely finished. They took a bit longer than expected, but no complaints, the work is impeccable. more
