I used Tri County Furniture to strip the paint off of my shutters. I loved the results, they were great. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. They completed the project in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was less than I expected. I'm a contractor so I will definitely use them again. more

I personally have been using Tri County Furniture for several years, some of my clients longer, and have always been very satisfied with their work. I had them do some work on some bar stools and antique iron ice cream stools for me and they were just beautifully done. My clients have also been very happy with their workmanship; a table that I had recommended to one of them was refinished by Tri County and it just looked absolutely gorgeous! I would say their prices are mid-to-high but for the amount of work that I have them do for each piece and the effort they put into the job, I would consider them to be fair. You get what you pay for with Tri County Furniture and what you get is high quality work! more

We had Tri County Furniture re-do a table for us and am so happy with how wonderful it turned out. It is just absolutely beautiful! Their customer service was excellent as well. They gave us the approximate time that it would take to get the table re-done and actually managed to finish in a time less than that, which was really appreciated. Their prices are a little on the high side but considering the work that was done and the quality of that work, I think they were quite fair. From their work to their service, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tri County Furniture! more

Tri County Furniture has completed several projects for us, and their work is excellent. On one piece they did more than I imagined they would be able to. They refinished quite a few pieces of wooden indoor furniture, and they also sandblasted and painted some vintage cast iron outdoor furniture. They did a whole set of six chairs and a table, which needed the color to be done a special way. I wasn't sure we would find someone who would be able to do it, but they did a great job. We have a piece with a needlepoint top and wooden legs, and they sent out the top to be cleaned and re-stuffed. Also, they refinished some Ficks Reed covers and repaired another set of six chairs. They are careful and contentious, and everything comes back very nice. Their customer service is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always answer my questions and explain what they are going to do. I also appreciate that they make nice suggestions. I think the cost is very reasonable and I've recommended them numerous times. I will absolutely continue to use their services. more

Tri County Furniture has been doing furniture for us for about 30 years, and they always do an excellent job. I've never had to have anything go back or get repaired. Jerry gets things done in a timely manner and he's always very helpful if we need something extra done. I didn't know he did upholstery, but once I realized he could do it, I had him do some for me on short notice and he was very accommodating. Everything is always done perfectly- exactly how he said he would do it. If you want something in a hurry, he is always very accommodating. Some places will take months to complete a project, but the last time I hired Tri County Furniture they had it done in 5 days for me. I know it's never cheap to have furniture refurnished, but I do wish it was cheaper. I wouldn't use anyone else, so I don't know how their prices compare, but the quality of the work absolutely justifies the price for me. I never have to go back and everything is always done perfectly. Jerry is also very honest about things when it comes to prices. There was a piece of furniture I brought in, and he told me it didn't need to be totally stripped and refurnished like I had thought. He just patched it up, did a great job as usual, and saved me some money. I appreciate that honesty, as well as the fabulous work. I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else! more

Do not recommend. Absolute worst customer service. My mother had an antique vanity picked up four years ago and then got sick. I went to research it, they still had the piece but it had been water damaged. I paid $1,100 to have it redone. The bench is lost. Absolute worst customer service. The owner was extremely rude on every conversation. more

This was the first time that I have used Tri County Furniture. They were prompt when we decided on a pickup date, and were prompt with the delivery as well when they were finished. It took them about four weeks to refinish a chest of drawers, and the result was beautiful. All the workers were professional and provided open communication. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. The prices were reasonable. I would use them again. more

Tri County Furniture is great. They have refinished several items of furniture for me. They were able to refinish some furniture I got from my mom and make it new again, which was pretty cool. The owner, Jerry, does a lot of the refinishing himself. He is friendly and professional, and I have gotten to know him. He and his staff are easy to work with. When I want some furniture done they can come pick up the large pieces and drop them off. They keep me updated while they're working on the pieces to let me know when they will be ready, etc. Their prices are worth the workmanship. more

I had Tri county Furniture reupholster six dining room chairs. Jerry, the owner, also freshened up the wood finish on them. My chairs are fifteen years old, but they look brand new! He did such a beautiful job. He also reupholstered my arm chairs, which required a little more attention to detail. I was so impressed with his work. I would trust him with a family heirloom. In fact, my daughter has furniture from as far back as 1924 and the 1970's that could be repainted, and I have already recommended Tri County Furniture to her. Her ten year-old sleeps in one of the beds. She wants to make the furniture look more modern. It's really hard to find an artist that I would recommend to do this for. People who are looking to keep things in their family and maintain their appearance should go to Tri County Furniture. For the work he did, the prices were inexpensive, and I really felt I received quality work and craftsmanship. On a side note, Jerry is also a professional businessman who knows what he is doing and is a "no nonsense" kind of man. When he came over to look at my furniture, he was very polite, but also not "chit chatty" and went right to business. He also made appropriate conversation as he admired other pieces of furniture in my home that he offered to refinish. He was very efficient and basically had the attitude of "boom, boom, boom, let's get this done". He said it would take months to finish the furniture, but I had them back in two weeks. more

Tri County Furniture refurnished two furniture pieces--a chest of drawers and a blanket chest. I felt good about the fact that they picked up the furniture, gave an estimate, and delivered in that estimate range. The work they did was of exceptional quality. We will be sending them eight additional pieces of furniture in the future. more

Tri County Furniture has done furniture refinishing and restoration, including, upholstery and different types of wood. They also restored some pieces that have brass fittings. They always make sure you get what you want and always take care of asking about colors and stains for the wood. I always love to go over there. When it comes to ordering upholstery, it's easy to do and they're highly responsible. They take great care of your items and they are very courteous, professional, and clean when in your home. more

Tri-County Furniture did a great job with reupholstering my furniture. We had a huge chair that we have had for over fifteen years, and it was looking very old and coming apart. We would hate to have thrown it away. We called them, and they came to reupholster it. They did a great job with it. They really know what they are doing, and we cannot believe how good our chair looked after they were finished! They did such a great job. We just cannot believe how good the chair looks, and every time we look at it, we are amazed. Everyone who comes over also is amazed. They see our chair and how it looks now, and say "Wow! Where did you get it upholstered?" We were thrilled to death with their work. They also provided good customer service, as they were prompt and courteous. more

We had a dining room table, chairs, and credenza refinished at Tri County Furniture. The furniture was purchased in the mid-90s and had been moved several times from state to state and was fairly beat up over the years. It was quite expensive so I wanted to be sure it was done very well and Tri County met all expectations. They even came out better than new. more

This was my first time using Tri County Furniture and the service was excellent. I liked that they were able to come right out to my house and pick up the furniture that I wanted refinished. The technician listened to all of my needs to figure what exactly needed to be done and the results are terrific. They refinished two dressers for me and did a great job. Tri County Furniture is simply the best. We had a very sentimental bedroom set from my grandmother that we wanted to refinish and now it looks brand new. They arrived promptly and put everything back in the way we asked them. They truly did a beautiful job. The queen-sized bed frame, chest of drawers, and nightstand are simply gorgeous. The prices were very reasonable for how well our pieces were done. The work they did was truly breathtaking. Jerry is great to work with. He came out with all of the guys who did the job.
