Just wanted to thank the kind folks at American Animal Care in Fremont, Ca. My Mom lives there and we had to take her prized yorkie terrier in after he fell off our 2nd floor patio. They were so calm, kind and caring during such a stressful time. They gave us phenomenal customer service and were very open and honest about everything with us.hey could of kept him for days and charged us a fortune but told us exactly how to care for him and we were able to take him home that evening. The poor little fella has made a full recovery and we're very grateful for everyone at AACC. more

No Emergency Fees! 1/23/2011

When my kitten suddenly collapsed I was in a tizzy - I rushed her over, and they saw her on the spot. She was instantly wisked into the emergency ward where she was cared for - and wonderfully, made a full recovery. I was so surprised when I saw the bill - NO EMERGENCY FEES! Now little Graygray is home and everybody (including her mommie) are very happy. :) more

Great Value 1/22/2011

When we got our Wheaton Terrier it was our first dog. We searched in Fremont, Ca. for good service and good value. American Animal Care Center was just the place. We took advantage of their special which include a free Rabbies shot with the first exam. I found the service a Great Value and I?m especially glad to see they are also a Emergency Veterinarian Service Center. I found a great Animal Hospital at American Animal Care Center in Fremont, Ca more

This office is well run, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Taking your pet in for care is stressing enough, so it is nice to have a caring facility to keep anyone at ease. Great service, open 24/7! 1/19/2011

They were awesome! We brought our little American Eskimo to them when he was having an issue with his stomach on our trip. I was down at my sisters house when he kept getting sick all over the floor. This has never happened and I was so worried! It was10 pm and he would not sleep, just whimpered and then puke. Ug, so frustrating! We took him in and the vets were so nice! They were very caring and knowledgeable, with great service from the tech's & competent vets. My sister said they had the best prices in Bay area, They had awesome facilities that were clean and warm with personality! It turned out that my boy had an Allergic reaction to the new food my sister had. It had chicken in it which was not sitting right. Thanks for the help! more

This is a great place to take your pet 1/17/2011

Our dogs have been going to AACC years and the staff never fails to impress me. The front desk staff is cheerful and always fawns over pets when they come in. Every single doctor has been compassionate, caring and kind (as well as knowledgable about their profession!). I recommend the American Animal Care Center without hesitation. more

Good Service At A Great Vet Clinic 1/17/2011

My 3 yr old Boston, Mindy just loves to go to the Vet. Since we started using American Animal Care in Fremont, CA she has become a model patient because of the professional veterinarian and vet tech care she receives. Mindy just loves the vet tech. I can't se myself changing my Vet Clinic any time soon. more

They are accredited by the AAHA so i trust their service and pricing. The checkup is very reasonable and the shots are not too expensive. My rabbit didnt make a squeak while getting his shots. The Vets are very skilled and well trained, i have seen other vets cause a lot of pain for my rabbit when getting shots. It was nice to find a care center that knows how to do it right more

Truly Professional and Caring! I visited the American Animal Care Center , and i am forever thankful to their staff. My friend hrithik roshan suddenly became lethargic and lost his appetite entirely. I quickly rushed her to American Animal Care, and immediately I knew my pet was in good hands. They treated me with care and concern, listened to and answered my questions. very helpful over the years 1/2/2011

i have been using AACC for a few years now, mostly just for checkups but i have had to take my cat in for some surgery as she is getting quite old now. Im quite shocked to read the various negative reviews on here, im surprised there is such a vast difference between people experiences. The staff and management have been exceptional for me, i just wish everyone had my experience. more

Jazz (my dog) has been with me for 5 years now and i wouldn't trust any other Vet's with my dog. The staff here are professional and extremely knowledgeable in pets health. They had a symptom diagnosed and treatment was started after just one visit. Their facility is spotless and Jazz was very calm and relaxed while waiting in the care center. more
