WORST PLACE TO LIVE! 11/23/2011

Worst place to live. Lets just say you can not make any noise in your apartment with out someone knocking on your door. You like to clean your carpets and keep them clean? THat sucks, cause you can't even do that here ; with out the manager knocking on your door harassing you; even if its 2 in the afternoon. If you have a little toddler, she will tell u to keep your kid down or else, even before 9pm. You can not run your washer or dryer between 9pm and 9am. If you make any noise at all after 9pm, guess who's knocking on your door. Forget using the bathroom in the middle of the night, or even taking a shower at 9pm. Some people work tell 9pm. They also don't include trash here. And guess what, when you move out they try to suck you dry for every penny they can. Lets just say 1500 dollars!!! Towel rack=$20. Sticky door knob, they will charge you 79 dollars for a whole new door! Dent in the refrigerator 75.00 Oh and don't forget there is never enough parking, so plan on walking from another complex. We have had to walk 2 complexes away at least 3 times. So if you want to tip toe around your place and still get complaints be my guest. Spare your self the trouble and stress. more

BEST APARTMENTS ON THE HILL 9/23/2010

Ive lived here for about a year and I love this place! There are two new managers who have really made a difference. The property has never looked better and they listen to the tenants. The staff is constantly working hard to make this the best property on the hill. The response to maintenance issues is quick. My water heater quit working and the manager came out and fixed it in about 10 minutes. I hear nothing but good things from my friends about the apartments, the managers and the maintenance guys. If you need a place to live, this is it! more

Not as great as advertized 6/4/2008

As a current tenant, I can definitely say I will not continue to live here when my lease is up. It has not been terrible but it has not been ""luxury living at it's finest"". Although all the amenities in the apartments are brand new, that doesn't necessarily mean a lot. They are really poorly insulated and in the winter it gets VERY cold. It is nice having a garage, especially because I've seen cars that had been broken into that were parked very close to my apartment (by the neighboring apartments). Around about November, we all got a flyer talking about ""winterizing"". It clearly stated that in the case of more than 2 inches of snow, it would be plowed by 7am. I can tell you that this NEVER happened. I got stuck in my own garage a few times because I could not back out. I also got stuck in the parking area at least five times. My neighbors luckily helped me out. But when it gets to the point where my boyfriend put chains on his car to pick me up, then got stuck in the snow in the parking lot, WITH CHAINS, that's probably a problem. Also, back to the insulation, when I had neighbors below me, I could hear them perfectly through the floor/ceiling. The pool closes PROMPTLY after labor day, even when there are plenty of hot days left. The staff is really nice and friendly. The work out facility is terrible, it's all mostly not working or not in service, and there is nothing to clean the machines off when you're done working out. I think that's pretty much it, pretty much it's not worth the money!! Pros: Looks nice, new stuff Cons: poorly managed in the winter, never plowed, poorly insulated more
