As a current tenant, I can definitely say I will not continue to live here when my lease is up. It has not been terrible but it has not been ""luxury living at it's finest"". Although all the amenities in the apartments are brand new, that doesn't necessarily mean a lot. They are really poorly insulated and in the winter it gets VERY cold. It is nice having a garage, especially because I've seen cars that had been broken into that were parked very close to my apartment (by the neighboring apartments). Around about November, we all got a flyer talking about ""winterizing"". It clearly stated that in the case of more than 2 inches of snow, it would be plowed by 7am. I can tell you that this NEVER happened. I got stuck in my own garage a few times because I could not back out. I also got stuck in the parking area at least five times. My neighbors luckily helped me out. But when it gets to the point where my boyfriend put chains on his car to pick me up, then got stuck in the snow in the parking lot, WITH CHAINS, that's probably a problem. Also, back to the insulation, when I had neighbors below me, I could hear them perfectly through the floor/ceiling. The pool closes PROMPTLY after labor day, even when there are plenty of hot days left. The staff is really nice and friendly. The work out facility is terrible, it's all mostly not working or not in service, and there is nothing to clean the machines off when you're done working out. I think that's pretty much it, pretty much it's not worth the money!!
Pros: Looks nice, new stuff
Cons: poorly managed in the winter, never plowed, poorly insulated
