Treats for the Face is my no. 1! 10/15/2008

This place is great. They aren't kidding when they say painless wax. It virtually is painless, and they do a great job. My first time there I was only going to do a basic bikini wax, but because I barely even felt it, I went all the way to a "Sister Clean"! Veronica is great. She makes you feel very comfortable because she is super friendly. They place is girly and cute. The little rooms they perform their services in are nice, and have a flat screen TV in them so you can distract yourself from being without clothing from the waste down (if your getting a "kini" wax anyways). There was a girl up front I felt didn't match the vibe of the place. She was not so friendly and a little brusque over the phone and in person. There is a newer girl there now who is super sweet and friendly. Veronica is AMAZING!!! I LOVE TREATS FOR THE FACE and will definitley be a return customer. This is the place to go for a bikini wax. What a great experience. Veronica makes you feel really comfortable and is super quick. It usually only takes about 10 minutes. Parking is really easy and there is never a wait like other salons. You can shop there when you're done too. Prices are extremely reasonable. I was expecting to pay more. My first brazilian was amazing!! 8/25/2008

I went to Treats for the Face after a friend from work recommending Veronica as the best waxer she has ever been to. I have never had a Brazilian wax before and I was terrified but I wanted to do it before my beach getaway. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I told Veronica is was my first time and she was very sweet and told me which spot were going to probably hurt a little more than others and did a count with me and told me when to breath in and exhale to relax me. I thought it was going to be very painful and yes, there were spots where it was ultra sensitive, obviously, but It was not nearly as bad as I had imagined. It was over before I knew it and I am so glad I listened to my friends advice. Amazing! The results are wonderful and I will be going there again in 4 to 5 weeks. I am addicted and it is a lot easier to maintain that shaving. YAY FOR TREATS FOR THE FACE!! Pros: very sanitary, welcoming, as painless as a wax can be! Cons: ZERO more

I swear I had sworn off waxing from my last horrible experience at another salon. But damn those already testy bikini and lil short auditions!! I thought I'd hold my breathe and give the 'ol wax job another shot. I even dared to go in without my usual two big gulps from my flask. ;) I went in and Veronica was personable but not overbearing. I had the whole wazoo waxed and it was done within moments. No joke! I didn't think it was possible to be done that quick and effortlessly! Definitely go and check it out! Pros: Great service!! Cons: Wish I had found it sooner!! more

Okay, it's hard to know where to start. I've been coming to Treats for my "Sister Clean" wax for ages because Veronica is hands down the best waxer in the world (and I've been waxed all over the world)! Not to mention the wax doesn't hurt -- AT ALL -- and no sticky mess after. Veronica has filled her spot with the cutest (and affordable) dresses and shoes, and she is just the hostest with the mostest. Just a week ago I went in for a cut and color -- I have been looking all over Los Angeles for the right combo for awhile now-- and I have finally ended up with the hair of my dreams... a cute and sassy cut, which won me many compliments on my weekend trip to Vegas -- yes, even strangers stopped me wondering where I get my hair done. Treats has it all ... I absolutely adore them, they make you feel like the hot mama you are. Pros: Veronica and the whole Treats family, Best Haircut/Color and Best Wax ever Cons: Zero more
