Impressive and Natural Tan!!! 3/23/2009

Sun Fx gave me an impressive and natural tan. I did not have to worry because sometimes my skin is sensitive. And I love having my skin look healthy and tanned. It only took 5 minutes and felt dry almost immediately. It was truly incomparable to anything else in this world. I am reallly glad I went in to try it! Pros: Fast Fast Fast more

top notch tanning AND waxing! 3/20/2009

I went to get a customized airbrush tanning, and found out Treats for the Face knows good tanning! They have a brand new machine from the Australian company called SunFx (you have definitely heard of them, trust me), and it's amazing. I chose from something like 10 colors, then got tanned in less then 5 minutes- they made my muscles look extra defined, and the solution wasn't greasy or smelly. I left it on for 8 hours, took a shower, and the color was still fresh- for about a week at least! I decided to also get a bikini wax while I was there, too, because I'd read the reviews about "painless" waxing. Considering how I was treated and left in bloody pain at a nearby place called Pink Cheeks, I was ready for something that wouldn't ruin my skin, or leave burns on my sensitive areas. Treats for the Face has some kind of hot white chocolate wax that is nothing short of amazing! I have to say, I would never go anywhere else- I was watching a flat screen TV while chatting with the esthetician, and before I knew it, I was done. Two thumbs up! Treats for the Face is fabulous... Professional yet personable. Clean as a clinic, in a cute boutique! After getting more than one awful wax from a popular competitor, I decided to investigate my options. Two days ago was my first visit, and Veronica is THE BEST!!! I have not had even one issue since my Sister Clean... no redness, no bumps, no dryness, no peeling. I didn't think that was even possible?! My faith has been restored. I will be back... Uh-mazing! Pros: Ambiance and decor, type of wax, and of course Veronica! Cons: Far from where I live more

This place is great. They aren't kidding when they say painless wax. It virtually is painless, and they do a great job. My first time there I was only going to do a basic bikini wax, but because I barely even felt it, I went all the way to a "Sister Clean"! Veronica is great. She makes you feel very comfortable because she is super friendly. They place is girly and cute. The little rooms they perform their services in are nice, and have a flat screen TV in them so you can distract yourself from being without clothing from the waste down (if your getting a "kini" wax anyways). There was a girl up front I felt didn't match the vibe of the place. She was not so friendly and a little brusque over the phone and in person. There is a newer girl there now who is super sweet and friendly. Veronica is AMAZING!!! I LOVE TREATS FOR THE FACE and will definitley be a return customer.
