Treaschwig Veterinary Clinic

I went to the clinic on Monday, 09/08/14 to see if they were able to take some staples off my dog due to a surgery she had on her neck. As I approached the front desk and asked the older woman (receptionist) if they were able to remove staples from my dog, she gave me a HORRIBLE look, as if she was bothered with my question. The receptionist then asked, ""ugghh, what happened to the dog? why aren't you taking it where it got the surgery? Is this your first time here?"" ( she said that in such a bad manner) I don't really know how the vet would have treated my dog or I do not want to criticize the clinics overall work. However, the way that the front desk personell greets new or current members will have a large impact on the retention and marketing of the clinic. I am very upset at the service this woman provided me with on that day. I did not say anything to her, I just walk out with my pup in hand. I will NEVER go there again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there for ANYTHING. more

Okay so I was forced into an internship for vet class here and let's just say I will never step foot into or by door of that vet office ever again...the vet doesn't care about any of the animals or customers let alone doesn't even teach the interns that are under her supervision she rather spend her time playing on her computer than take her time to diagnose an animal not to mention she doesn't run most the test that are taken the interns do...in other words I'm surprised she isn't already out of business cause she obviously doesn't care about the animals more

NEVER NEVER use this vet if you love your pets. I took my dog there for a haircut, no vet services. She left my baby in a dryer for several hours unattended and she died of heatstroke. Dr Garrison and her staff were very rude and lied to me about the situation. I was asked to leave and told by the Dr that HER lawyer would be contacting me..WHAT???? She killed my dog due to her gross negligance and got off scott free. Believe me when I see someone in our neighborhood that owns a pet, I always ask if they use her, and you would not believe the negative repsonses I get from people at the grocery store or anywhere else that she has harmed or killed their beloved pets as well and was rude about it. Do not be fooled by her fancy website, cause I was. The place is dirty, smells horrid and the way her and her staff treat animals is very sad. She has no business treating a roach. I hope and pray daily that the word of mouth will help save our pets, please start by staying far away from Treschwig Vet Clinic, it should be called Treschwig Death Clinic. more

This place is TERRIBLE! The student workers are RUDE, and Dr Garrison is money-hungry! I took my dog in for his back, and she didn't take xrays but simply told me that he needed surgery; she gave me pain medicine that cost $40. So I waited a month and then called the office to ask what the diagnosis was, and that information was not even written down in his file; and the kids that took my call, very rudely I might add, told me that Dr Garrison would NEVER recommend surgery if she didn't even have xrays......So I guess I just imagined this whole visit....I will NEVER go there again, the staff is impersonal, Dr Garrison doesn't care about animals..she's just in it to make money. First of all, let me say that my review is permanently AGAINST Garrison. She has left me feeling that she is GREEDY, and does NOT LOVE animals. Neither does her staff. What she has done was RIP ME OFF, GOUGE ME, and RUSHED ME OUT OF HER OFFICE. more

The staff has always been great with our cats and show a lot of concern, Thanks for caring more
