I first hired Brendan and the staff at Treadstone Mortgage in August of 2009. His assistance in obtaining my mortgage was top notch. The attention to detail along with the personal service he provides is outstanding. Today, it seems so many people just want your business and your money and then the set you aside. That is not the case at all with Brendan and his staff. I highly recommend Brendan to anyone interested in a new home mortgage or refinance of their existing mortgage. more

The Mortgage Business has been challenging these last few years yet Brendan and his team at Treadstone Mortgage are still doing a great job for their clients! I called Brian Ferrick when I started thinking about buying a house. It was my first house, so the process was all new to me. He patiently walked me through it, always taking time to answer my numerous questions. \r \r Brian even worked on his vacation to give me information on the different homes I was considering so I could get a home before the tax credit deadline. When I finally locked in a rate, it was lower than I expected because Brian went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the best possible rate. \r \r At closing, the process ran smoothly, no surprises, and shortly after we started I had the keys to my new home.\r \r I was extremely happy with the entire process and would encourage anyone to use the services of Brian and his team. \r \r Keith Merrill\r more

Hip Hip Hooray, we made it to closing day! \r \r Kudos to Brian Ferrick and Treadstone Mortgage who managed the seemingly impossible. \r \r After being told by our credit union it was not possible to refinance in less than 30 days we were referred to Brian Ferrick who took up the challenge. Extreamly Impressed 5/9/2011

We just completed our second transaction with Brian Ferrick and Treadstone. Brian has been fantastic! Brian helped us about 7 months ago with the purchase of our home. Everything went just as he said it would, we got a great rate, and Brian delivered on everything he promised.\r \r We were extremely impressed.\r \r Then about a month ago Brian called us and said rates had dropped and he could save us a significant amount of money. Brian again walked through everything with us, and had our refinance done within two weeks with no hassles.\r \r We are saving a huge amount of money and it was extremely easy to do. Brian, Thank you for all of your help and professionalism in helping us navigate our first home purchase. All of my friends told me how difficult it is and how much of a headache the whole process is. Well, you made the process headache free; you were quick with answers and explained the whole process in a way which made it easy for us to understand as first time home buyers. You told us exactly what we needed ahead of time and what to expect. Everything went off without a hitch and we are happily settled in our new home. The whole process from start to finish went so quickly we even got to close a week early. Brendan and the other guys at Treadstone Mortgage were phenominal! This was my wife and my firse house and they went above and beyond the call of duty to slow down and make all the crazy numbers, documents, rules, and time frames make sense to us. He met us several times going over the information with us; we had constant updates and never wondered for a second what was going on because of the great follow up. They did everything we wanted, met our payment goals and exceeded all of our expectations!
