I called Brian Ferrick when I started thinking about buying a house. It was my first house, so the process was all new to me. He patiently walked me through it, always taking time to answer my numerous questions. \r

Brian even worked on his vacation to give me information on the different homes I was considering so I could get a home before the tax credit deadline. When I finally locked in a rate, it was lower than I expected because Brian went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the best possible rate. \r

At closing, the process ran smoothly, no surprises, and shortly after we started I had the keys to my new home.\r

I was extremely happy with the entire process and would encourage anyone to use the services of Brian and his team. \r
