Brendan and the other guys at Treadstone Mortgage were phenominal! This was my wife and my firse house and they went above and beyond the call of duty to slow down and make all the crazy numbers, documents, rules, and time frames make sense to us. He met us several times going over the information with us; we had constant updates and never wondered for a second what was going on because of the great follow up. They did everything we wanted, met our payment goals and exceeded all of our expectations!
