Thank you so much TRAVEL ORLANDO TRANSPORTATION!\r Ok, so I normally don't do reviews, but I made an exception in this case:) My family and I are just back from our cruise to Jamaica (we had a blast by the way) and I must say that we had a wonderful experience with Travel Orlando Transportation. They are just big enough for you to feel safe but small enough for each trip to be personalized; with friendly staff members that make you feel like family. The driver was there to greet us and assisted with our luggage. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and we arrived on time to the port. My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon and thank you to Travel Orlando for making it a stress free, fun filled shuttle trip to and from the port! Continued Blessings! more

Just wanted to say this about my experience with this company. Travel Orlando Transportation is a great and very professional company that i would recommend to anybody traveling from the airport to the Cruise line. They are very affordable and driver was very professional. My flight came in late so i was expecting to have to wait but.when i called the office after the flight landed to my pleasant surprise they told me that they would make sure they had a driver there waiting for us and they did exactly that as soon as i picked up my luggage they was there waiting on me and my family. Thank you so much Travel Orlando Transportation for such great service. Anyone coming to florida better make sure they book with these very pleasant people !! more

great company for the money!!!!!!!\r .\r I always plan ahead before I go on vacations. I have been planning this trip to go on a cruise for about two months, and I searched for an affordable transportation company and that is when I found this one. Once i got to the airport and called the number that was on my confirmation page i was told to meet at a certain location, the operator was very nice and professional. The driver was very courteous and answered any questions that i had before i got on the shuttle bus. My shuttle left on time and i arrived at port Canaveral in approximately 45 minutes. I really couldn't believe that a round trip from the airport to my cruise was only $40, I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family that will be going on a cruise out of port Canaveral. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!\r '\r I was horrified with the service my girlfriend and I experienced with this company. Now mind you, I am very thorough when I research vacation trips. We had planned my first cruise on Carnival and had everything in place. I researched several transportation services and found this to be one of the cheapest with minimal good reviews. WELL...you get what you pay for, but in this case, we didn't even get THAT!!\r \r It all started when we arrived at Orlando airport. My flight arrived a few minutes late and our luggage was very slow to be picked up. We had a 1:30 pickup time with the TOT (travel Orlando Transportation) The driver called me 4 times in 30 minutes asking where we were. I told her we were standing at baggage claim waiting for our luggage. Each time, she said ok, and told me where she was and she was waiting. Well we did finally go outside to where she was supposed to be and found out we had been left stranded at the airport! She decided to leave us with no call to tell us. I immediately called the office and received their voicemail. They NEVER answer their phone!! Someone did call me back about 20 mts later and said, sorry but they had to leave to take the other passengers to their destinations. I said, why would they not call me and tell me they were leaving? They also said that we would have to wait until 4pm to get picked up!! It was 2pm!!!\r \r This enraged us, and I decided to try to find other transportation, but it would have been super expensive and a big hassle. SO we waited until 4pm, and guess what? NO vehicle came until 4:45pm!! Needless to say we were VERY upset. But that;s not all!! We sat in the van until 5:30pm waiting on another party!! SO now we had been at the airport 4 hours!!! \r \r Next, the driver was on and off her cell phone multiple times while driving, and ignored the fact that the air conditioning was on full blast. We had to beg her to turn it down. Also she ran off the road once while she was twirling her hair!!\r \r After we finally arrived at our hotel 5 hours later, we called the office. Then the fireworks began. My girlfriend actually made the call, because I was just too furious to call. She put it on speaker phone. What happened next blew my mind! The owner AND the manager started screaming at each other AND my girlfriend!!! I couldnt believe it as a slang ridden rant ensued as the female on the other end told us we were at fault!!! But finally the female manager said that we can just find our own way back after our cruise that they wont pick us up, and that we would be reimbursed. \r \r SO now on vacation we had to try and book a different transportation service for our ride back to the airport after the cruise. I would like all of you to know that are reading this...we are so happy to have found Cocoa Beach Shuttle.They were VERY professional and courteous, and our driver was very professional. \r \r And as of today (2 weeks later) we have not been reimbursed. I will be calling my credit card company today to fight the charges.\r \r DO yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! more

Our experience with this company was awful. They reserved and accepted payment for transportation on a day they don't operate!!! Still haven't refunded my money and the man yelled at me today when I finally reached a real person. Do not use this company--pay more for one of the companies who cares about being honest and providing quality service. more

These people are GOD AWFUL. Pay a little extra and take a different shuttle. I emailed them months and then 2 weeks before we left to confirm everything, and they confirmed it. I called our driver the day before to confirm the time again, he told me to ""text him in the morning and remind him""...um What?! Then that morning we received a TEXT from them saying they were picking us up 90 minutes earlier and that if that didn't work they would cancel our reservation. We called back and they screamed at us, it was insane. The best part was....they never even came. By the time it was the time of our first reservation we decided to just take a cab. I have since contacted the BBB regarding them. Just a warning-go with another company!!! more

I waited for the driver at luggage claim area alone for more than 20 minutes around 10 o'clock at night. The worst is that I paid the rate for Lincoln limo but New Way shuttle sent an old 8 people van to pick up me. more
