These people are GOD AWFUL. Pay a little extra and take a different shuttle. I emailed them months and then 2 weeks before we left to confirm everything, and they confirmed it. I called our driver the day before to confirm the time again, he told me to ""text him in the morning and remind him""...um What?! Then that morning we received a TEXT from them saying they were picking us up 90 minutes earlier and that if that didn't work they would cancel our reservation. We called back and they screamed at us, it was insane. The best part was....they never even came. By the time it was the time of our first reservation we decided to just take a cab. I have since contacted the BBB regarding them. Just a warning-go with another company!!!
