Impressed by Far 7/19/2016

I just bought my first SUV from Justin. I can not tell you how patient he was with me and all the questions I had. It took me 3 weeks to buy a car and I don't know how many I test drove in that time. I even looked at other dealerships. Not only did I come back for the car that I test drove the FIRST time, but I also got a great deal.... and a payment exactly where I needed it. Justin answered every question I had, stayed after to do paperwork and took his time explaining everything. I also had a great experience with the Christina, in the finance department. She was awesome. I am very happy with my whole experience there. I would recommend Justin and Christina to anyone looking for a car. I would go back there for my next car. more

Service department 5/24/2016

Bought vehicle had a nice salesman. All went well. But their service dept is useless. Book an appointment and they seem not to enter it. So you have to wait or wait two weeks to get another one. This has happened twice more

I've never had a car buying experience go so well. DeAndre Washington is a great salesman. Answered all my questions. Listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and how much I wanted to spend. Had a list of cars ready for me to view when I got to the lot. No wheeling and dealing was completely up front. Highly recommend him to all my friends and family. more

Best car buying experience EVER 4/19/2016

SO! I got in to a HORRIBLE situation with my previous car, was upside down on my mileage with a crazy interest rate and no hope in getting out of it. I decided to press my luck and stopped in Tranum "just to see my options" I met Justin Hinds and he went above and beyond to get me out of my old car and into exactly what i wanted. I couldnt be happier! For those of you that say it cant be done or its not the right time...meet Justin! more

I am 42 years old and have bought a number of cars over the years. I have always dreaded it , because of the overbearing sales person and the feeling of being taken advantage of. Justin Hinds was (and will be ) our salesman . My wife test drove 5 cars ,and Justin never missed a beat he asked a few questions but never tried to swayed us or push us in one direction or the other . His main concern was getting the right car for us and not the price point . Which brings me to the next subject of price .We got the car we wanted at price we wanted and gave me a fair price on my trade . Chistina in financing was amazing as well ,friendly and engaging . Thank you Tranum not only for the great deal , but for our new friends . I highly recommend you to stop by and see Justin if you are looking for a car .He wont steer you wrong .
