We love Tranum Auto! 10/11/2015

Purchased my new to me car on October 6th, this makes the 3rd car we have purchased from Justin and the staff at Tranum. We love this family owned business and we would recommend them to everyone! Justin is a fantastic salesman and knows what he`s doing! We have 2 children and he is always so wonderful to get most of the process done right over the phone, so when we come in, our main focus isn't so much on paperwork but selecting the car that best suites our family! We will continue to shop with Justin at Tranum Auto for all our car needs! Thank you all for always working with my family in a timely manner! more

The BEST!!!! 10/7/2015

I went in to Tranum with low expectations because I had a huge setback on my credit during nursing school, but Justin worked with me and assured me that he could help, Not only did he go above and beyond to help me, he got me in an amazing newer car with the low payments I was hoping for! He truly was a blessing!!! If you go to Tranum, ask for Justin Hinds! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or salesman! I will be a customer for life. more

Great Experience! 9/22/2015

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Justin Hinds and Tranum Auto. We'd spent the past 2 days car shopping in Austin and walking into Tranum just felt completely different. I had texted with Justin throughout the day asking questions about the Edge they had and he was always quick to respond. He had the car waiting for us to check out and test drive when we arrived and Christina was able shop around to beat the financing rate that we had obtained through our bank. We got the car we wanted at the monthly payment we wanted. Justin even knew the answers to questions about the Edge that we'd been asking other salesmen for the past 2 days and they'd say they didn't know or would just guess at it. We would shop here again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend buying here! more

I will tell all of my friends and clients who to talk to for a nicer/newer vehicle. I have never experienced service that was so efficient and excellent! Justin was able to communicate through my preferred means of communication ( text ) this made the whole experience so easy. Also Justin made my Husband and I feel so comfortable the whole time! I had an awful situation occur with my vehicle and was put in a tight spot, but thanks to the awesome service at Tranum I was able to come in and get a new vehicle in a reasonable amount of time without any hassle. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Justin Hinds if you ever need to buy a vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable and helped me out in every way I needed!
