Booked only one day in advance on our two week motorcycle trip. As I pulled up I thought I had made a big mistake in booking here versus the motels right in town. I was wrong though, The service was great. It was very clean, The pool was a bonus, and the bar and restaurant are first class. Would definitely stay again. more

Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. Helped us find a local golf course. Ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Had prime rib and wings - both were very good. more

Very accommodating!!! They went out of there way to serve us dinner since we couldn be in the lounge with a baby. But the food was yummy and they had free bags of ice!! more

Our room was in the back and was large, very clean and comfortable. It looked as though they had updated it recently. The restaurant quite good and so was the service there. I would stay here again based on the value and room. more

Stayed here for second time in 6 years on October 4 on my annual road trip from WA to OH, and staff was just as friendly as ever. it was a very comfortable stay and I felt it was a safe area for me and my vehicle; I had no misgivings about taking my vehicle just down the street to the car wash at 6 AM. Great breakfast of eggs to order, ham, bacon, toast and coffee...complimentary!\r I will definitely stay there again! more

Motel is older and drive up to your door kind - love that for motorcycle trips. The Firewater Grill menu was very creative and the food was really really great! We ate there 2 nights and were very pleased. more

We loved thi hotel, we stayed there in January and it was so cozy that we couldnt help but sleep all day. It has allot of history tighted in with the hotel and the bar inside is just super. Stuff is very friendly, prices are very affordable. We loved it, cant wait to go back to Sheridan. more

We stayed at the Trails End Motel in Sheridan for two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The Firewater Grill was the highlight of our stay in Sheridan. The food was so tasty, we had the Drunken Onions and the most mouth watering steaks ever! The waiter was very efficent, just coming to to table to check on us but not bothering us. The price wasnt perfect for the superb food and service we had. Way to Go Trails End and your very special Firewater Grill! more

What a Perfect place! Very friendly front desk person made us feel like family. We were given \r a room with a fridge, microwave and a Balcony! The food was great and the bar was just like home. We will stay there on our next trip. We will be back for the Koltiska!! more

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and had a great stay. The nonsmoking lounge was a great atmosphere. The restaurant served the best prime rib ever, and breakfast in the morning had a huge variety to choose from. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will definetly stay here again!!!! more

The two room cabin was clean, convenient and very roomy. It gave my teenagers the freedom to stay up late, and all of us room to spread out. A very reasonable rate as well. Too top it off you are served a HUGE breakfast for free! Margie the breakfast cook makes cinnamon rolls beyond explanation, as well as about 7 other items. Although she is an excellent cook, her best quality is how much she cares about people. I didn't plan to stay 2 nights in Sheridan, but I did. I don't think I will be back to Sheridan for several years but when I do return, I hope Margie is still there as she became a welcoming part of our family's morning and we all got very attached to her. more

We stayed in Room 125 which has 3 double beds. Beds were comfortable (I slept very well) the shower was awesome. They are putting effort into remodeling and I like the progress so far thats why I only gave 4 stars on the room. The exceptional customer service comment was earned by Rick. We discovered after driving 200 miles that my son had left his wallet in the night stand drawer. I called Trails End and Rick answered the phone. After explaining what happened he immediately sent someone to the room to check and said he'd call me back. I was a little nervous I wouldn't get a call back, but I did about 5 minutes later, and the wallet was still there with the cash still inside - over $60. Rick mailed the wallet to our home address and wouldn't even take money out of the wallet to pay for the postage. I can't stress enough how the honestly and exceptional customer service saved the remaining part of our ""out West"" vacation. I highly reccomend the Trails End Motel. more
