Tracy Honda

I read some of the poor reviews and I'm thinking. I'm sorry guys, I had the same problem at Tracy Toyota. I was treated badly even after I purchased 3 vehicles from them and I had them all serviced there too. So, I sold my Toyotas and switched to Tracy Honda. I bought multiple vehicles there and I was always treated with respect and now I service my vehicles there. My regular service adviser is Jeremy and I couldn't ask for a better guy. Over the years now we are friends and he always makes sure my car is serviced right and delivered to me at the promised time or sooner. \r I did price comparison on line and I found that their prices are compatible. I give this business 5 stars. more

I when to tracy Honda to buy a 2010 Fit. I test drove the one I liked. I told the sales women that I would be ready to purchase in about a week to 10 days. She called me every day there after asking if I was ready to buy. Each time I told her the same thing. I was would be ready at the end of the week. I went down on Friday ready to buy but the color I wanted was sold. Not a problem, I did not ask them to hold or leave a deposit. They siad they would get the color I wanted but there would be a charge to have it delivered from another dealer. still not a problem but the charge was more than it should have been. Finaly they said one was on order and would be ariving a the dealership in a few days and if a left a deposit I would get it. I overheared the sales manager tell the sales women he did not know when it would actualy arrive but it would be within 3-4 weeks. If I have left a deposit I was sure it would have been a while before I got the car. I said no and the next day went to Stock more

Never ever every support this dealership! I went to Tracy Honda to buy a civic that was advertised for just under $13,000. After a test drive I decided I loved it and would like to buy it. It wasn't until we were inside talking about financing that the sales man informed me the price was advertised incorrectly and it was actually $16,000! The sales man referred me to the general managers office because they were refusing to honor the advertised price. After a discussion with the general manager, I left the dealership. He was unwilling to accept responsibility for his dealerships mistake and refused to honor the price. At one point he laughed and said "I bet you'd like it if I sold it to you for that price". His smug attitude, lack of professionalism and integrity was proof that he had no customer serivce skills and wasnt concerned with doing what was right. What he did was fraud, not honoring an advertised price in this bait and switch type of activity is illegal and gives Honda (a usually wonderful company) a bad reputation. As a side note, I stopped at Dublin Honda on the way home and they bent over backwards for me, I felt totally spoiled, gave me awesome deals and more than made up for the horrible experience I had in Tracy. Please don't support the Tracy dealership, clearly if the general manager doesn't recognize customer loyalty as important he doesn't deserve the business! more

They have good prices on their cars but they will try to upsell the hell out of you, if you see a salesman named Nick S. run away he's the rudest person I've ever encountered. I think he should be fired, or even killed. He made my fiance cry, I cant believe they let this guy ruin their reputation. I will definantly not be going there again, unless he's dead. more

Tracy Honda has beautiful vehicles, however the service we received was poopers. The sales man was not will to work out any deals for the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He was rude with his remarks. I'm never going there again. I took myself elswhere and got a better deal with another dealer who was willing to work with my ballpark! more

Tracy Honda has everything to do with Honda! The dealership has got a huge collection of new and pre-owned Honda vehicles coupled with great finance plans. I got a used 2007 Honda Civic from the dealership. The whole process was easy and I had a great experience getting my Honda Civic. more
