Review content:
Never ever every support this dealership! I went to Tracy Honda to buy a civic that was advertised for just under $13,000. After a test drive I decided I loved it and would like to buy it. It wasn't until we were inside talking about financing that the sales man informed me the price was advertised incorrectly and it was actually $16,000! The sales man referred me to the general managers office because they were refusing to honor the advertised price. After a discussion with the general manager, I left the dealership. He was unwilling to accept responsibility for his dealerships mistake and refused to honor the price. At one point he laughed and said "I bet you'd like it if I sold it to you for that price". His smug attitude, lack of professionalism and integrity was proof that he had no customer serivce skills and wasnt concerned with doing what was right. What he did was fraud, not honoring an advertised price in this bait and switch type of activity is illegal and gives Honda (a usually wonderful company) a bad reputation. As a side note, I stopped at Dublin Honda on the way home and they bent over backwards for me, I felt totally spoiled, gave me awesome deals and more than made up for the horrible experience I had in Tracy. Please don't support the Tracy dealership, clearly if the general manager doesn't recognize customer loyalty as important he doesn't deserve the business!
