I am writing this to thank you guys a million times. I bought 2 laptops from Best Buy and a 3 year warranty. I got a blue screen error and the geeks told me I had a virus. They charged me $100 to back up my files and $130 to remove viruses. After few days I got the same problem back. I took it to Tracy Computer Services they found my wireless card was defective and they replaced it, since then it works fine. My computer was not even infected. My wireless card was defective. The geeks wiped out all my programs but could not reinstall Pagemaker as it was for an older system. Since 90% of my files are Pagemaker, I was looking at having to buy a newer version for $500. I took it to Tracy Computers and within 15 minutes Yori had the program installed. Thanks a million Yori.I highly recommend this place. Their expertise is phenomenal.
