Toyota of Santa Barbara is where I bought my car! The guys there are awesome! Jeff, my sales guy, is letting me store my old car at his house until I find a place to donate it to! And he got my rental car cleaned and took it back to the airport AND he picked up my old car and drove it to his house to store it! Now, THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Please ""like"" their page and consider Toyota of Santa Barbara for your next vehicle purchase! more

BE ON YOUR TOES - sales MANAGER lied and pulled the old ""bait and switch"" on prices- even with my FAXED price quote I had them send me. Liars? ""oh no, not us"" the manager said, ""just a mistake"". more

Friendly and "Non-Pushy" 1/20/2012

I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota of Santa Barbara. The sales men were great. Friendly and "non-pushy." They really tried hard to meet all of our needs, and for that I am truly grateful. more

We appreciated all the help that Leonard gave us, and that he was willing to spend the time that we needed to help us find the right car. We were able to test drive several cars, and Leonard got to know what we were really looking for through the whole process. more

No pressure great customer service 11/21/2011

I was able to walk up to the car I wanted and not have the dealer try to talk me into trying out other models. I also liked that I was able to walk in, go over the paper work, and drive away. Yes it takes time , but it was nice to be able to take care of everything I needed directly. more

I got the car i wanted at a good price without getting bogged down in lengthy negotiations. There was no pressure, the promises were kept and everyone was friendly. more

Abby was a great sales person. Straight forward answers to all my my questions. No hard selling of extras such as extended warranty, paint, glass, etc. more
