Safety Inspection? 9/19/2011

Definitely giving Toyota a bad name. We bought a 2008 Mazda3 a few weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with the service. It supposedly passed a rigorous safety inspection, but I'm really not sure how. I'm so grateful that I'm the only one driving it and it's not a family car yet. An alignment and two shot tires later (after three weeks!) Apparently it was brought back after a run in and never reinspected. YIKES!!! While that's the biggest thing, not getting a spare key, getting the car with shredded windshield wipers and a quarter tank of gas leave a very lemony taste in our mouths. The sales rep was great until we called about the issues and then said that it "Wasn't in the paper work," even though we were supposed to be getting a "like new car." The things you learn from getting screwed. At least now I know how to spot a needed alignment on a car that doesn't pull. more

Above and beyond! 1/5/2011

Our salesman called to make sure we were satisfied and offered for us to contact him if we had any questions or needed anything. I thought that was a very nice gesture. It just proves to show that this dealership has trained its employees to go above and beyond that call of standard customer service. more

Toyota Plano performed an excellent work to fix a problem due to an unexpected oil leaking. The manager did a great job to made sure I am totally satisfied with the work and I still consider they the best Toyota dealership in town. more

Aspects liked most about my recent purchase experience at Toyota of Plano: My sales person really asked questions about what I wanted in my new car and remembered these items when he feature benefited the car to me on our test drive! When I brought my dad to see the car he point out some of those things to him and I knew he was really listening to me! THANKS! more

This dealership will take you for a ride, in more ways than one. This is a house of con artists, from the the top down, who will fleece you and not give it a second thought. Based on past experience as a customer, don't trust a word they say and have a lawyer review every contract they present to you. Or, visit a more reputable dealer. more

Overall Good service 9/8/2005

I bought my Scion tC from this particular dealership, and so far have had to bring in my car for a window tint repair and oil change. Both times servicing was much faster than I expected and they had my car out in no time. I didn't give them 5 stars due to the wait time that I experience I drive in. I would have to wait quite awhile before a representative would come and talk to me about my car's service. Other than that, a pretty good experience so far. more

Excellent service in auto repairs 8/14/2005

The mechanics and service reps who work in this department are almost always extremely nice and helpful. They are honest and tend to tell you what's wrong with your car in a very straightforward, no-nonsense manner. They have frequent specials and are usually willing to try and resolve any disagreements that arise between their auto shop and a customer. They've gone the distance more than once by paying for repairs that were in dispute. more
