Less than optimal experience in regards to their financing dept. but overall an alright purchase.

We really enjoyed shopping for a car at the Toyota of Lake city.We got a great deal! Our daughter bought a car at the Toyota of Lake city and recomended it to us. Everyone was friendly, polite, very helpful and hospitable. While being there, we were offered a drink several times. All experience was smooth and pleasant. more

We just bought our first new car and first hybrid. Pascal, the staff person who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered our many questions. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just a very straightforward presentation of information and options. He gave us his undivided attention. It was a great experience. more

I appreciate Annamaria's promptness in getting in touch with me, and getting someone to do my oil change promptly. I also appreciate them vacuuming the driver floor. I'd never been to Tenney's Toyota before this visit. I seldom rate anything "perfect." What could use improvement? She didn't know about the "service special" for an oil change on their website, they didn't address my question on the drop-off sheet about replacing a brake light bulb, and the technicians didn't reset the "maintenance" and "low tire pressure" warning lights. I still need a brake light bulb and the warning lights reset. Overall, I rate this a 3.5. more
