I appreciate Annamaria's promptness in getting in touch with me, and getting someone to do my oil change promptly. I also appreciate them vacuuming the driver floor. I'd never been to Tenney's Toyota before this visit. I seldom rate anything "perfect." What could use improvement? She didn't know about the "service special" for an oil change on their website, they didn't address my question on the drop-off sheet about replacing a brake light bulb, and the technicians didn't reset the "maintenance" and "low tire pressure" warning lights. I still need a brake light bulb and the warning lights reset. Overall, I rate this a 3.5. more
