Toyota of Hackensack

Thinking back on all the vehicles I have purchased in my lifetime this was the most pleasant experience EVER!!! My husband and I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Toyota of Hackensack. Bill James was the salesperson that helped us when we visited the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and helpful while we were making our final decision. He got me in the car I wanted and for the right price! I highly recommend Toyota of Hackensack! more

From the moment I arrived at Toyota of Hackensack I was welcomed with a friendly and warm reception. The manager Ron and my salesperson Bill were professional, courteous and fun. Buying a car can be stressful but I did not feel that way with Bill. I have already referred Toyota of Hackensack to a friend and will continue to do so in the future. more

Bill James was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and very helpful. I especially appreciated that he didn't try the ""hard"" sell. He was well informed about the car's features and options and was very patient with me while he explained how to work all of the technical features of the car when I went to pick it up. This was my first experience with Toyota of Hackensack. I went to the Dealership last Saturday morning with all intentions of trading my car in for a new one. Edwin was my sales associate, who was very helpful and with information about the 4Runner I wanted. My purchase was completed rathe quickly and the entire process was nice. I had a minor issue with my car. Every time I turned my steering wheel it tightened up and I couldn’t really turn it all the way. I went online and saw they had a form I could fill out within a matter of minutes to make an appointment at Toyota of Hackensack. They called me to confirm and I had an appointment immediately!! I just want to take this time to thank all of the staff members from Toyota of Hackensack! I’m really impressed with all the professionalism and at how attentive this team is. They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was looking for a specific car because I have a disabled brother who needs a lot of space. I was able to buy a van that I really loved and my brother is able to sit comfortably as well as fits all of his medication and supplies. Financing manager snuck two warranties (tire & key replacement) into the final price of the car. When asked if we wanted these two warranties, we said no, and he said they wouldn't cost anything and that they were included. Little did we know, he just snuck them into the final price of the car. When, I called to ask about the discrepancy and lack of documented price, he actually yelled at me on the phone and was extremely rude. He never once brought up the fact that I do have 60 days to cancel the warranties. Said I'm just one of thousands of customer's he deals with, are you kidding me who says that? Not someone you want to buy a car from. The financial services department at this dealership is extremely deceiving and very difficult to get in touch with. Strongly recommend considering a different dealership! more
