bought my car here and I'd be happy to do it again.\r I've had the first two scheduled services done here- I'll drive from North Richland Hills to Dallas because I trust the people at this dealership. \r This place isn't fancy, but its clean and well lit. It could use a bit of an update, but I think they are going to build a new store after the highway project finishes up. \r There are coffee and donuts in the waiting room in the mornings. \r I noticed a father and son sitting in the kids area watching cartoons...anything to keep the kids away from me! haha I've had excellent service every time I've been to Toyota of Dallas. more

puchased new 2012 Camry at Toyota of Dallas yesterday. I dealt with Internet Mgr Harold Hunter & new GM Darren Dortch. They were perfect, great deal, Darren is rebuilding from the ground up with friendliness and customer satisfaction his main concern. I know they will be very successful. We could not have been happier to see customer satisfaction as a main goal along with a great deal on our 2007 Hybrid and 2012 Camry SE. Darren and his new staff are going out of their way to make TOYOTA OF DALLAS A NEW MODEL OF TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. Their current attitude regarding Teamwork goes completely thru top to bottom. If you don't experience that, I would contact Darren immediately to let him know. The young businessman is a force to be dealt with by other Toyota dealerships. I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Corolla yesterday! I must say that the service was awesome!!! Wade (the used car salesman) and Travis (the used cars sales Manager) were great. I must admit that it was Jeremy Clark who lured me in though. I didn't think that I would qualify for such a new car since my credit is average at best, but Travis worked very hard on my deal. I got my payments set a decent amount, and I am more than happy to be riding in an almost new car (22,000 miles on it). I'm happy to retire my old 1996 Toyota Celica that I purchased from them back in 2000. Wade answered all my questions, and did follow up calls to make sure that I was satisfied. They even gave me two extra keys to my new vehicle at no charge. :) more

When my 1996 Toyota Celica broke down on me every 3 or 4 months the repair center was great. They always fixed the problem, and I never had to return for the same problem more than once like I did at other repair shops. They even have a shuttle service that will give you a ride to and from work while you car is being repaired. Great service at Toyota of Dallas! I highly recommend them. They are pricey, but they are well worth the service that they provide. more

This dealership knows all about customer service. They treat you like a king, greeting you at the door and making sure someone is available to help with whatever you need. The salesman knew the car inside and out and was a consummate pro. Good inventory of cars that I wanted to see. Pricing was fair and reasonable. A very good buying experience for me. more
