Jon Sciacqua at Toyota Walnut Creek is an excellent person to deal with. He was no hassle, gave a great price, and was true to his word all the way. He was honest and helpful, and I am very happy to have experienced working with him. No pain, no problems, as I've experienced at other dealers. I went to two local dealers, but they weren't nearly as competetive in their pricing. It was worth 4 hours of driving to deal with him! He treated us kindly and respectfully. I'd highly recommend him to family and friends! more

I am willing to drive twice as far for decent service! 5/4/2012

After experiencing some really terrible service at our nearby Toyota Dealer in Fremont, we had to travel all the way this dealership after my wife received some quotes for a major service for our Tundra online through their website, we are glad that we did, we were dreading experiencing the same awfulness we did at our local dealer that driving all this way just to be told they were too busy to handle us would have really ruined our weekend, fortunately this was not the case and without going into details the experience as whole ended up great. I am willing to drive twice as far for decent service! more

I had THE BEST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER at Walnut Creek Toyota. 4/30/2012

I'm normally an online car shopper, but this was a time-sensitive situation when I quickly wanted to lease a car--remotely and not even for myself. Luckily after calling another dealership where the telesales person had ""smarmy used car salesman"" techniques down pat, I hung up and called Toyota of Walnut Creek. Luckily I reached Bob who was as pleasant as can be and came through with flying colors, making the entire transaction seem effortless and to my satisfaction. He went the extra mile to work around the distance barriers, working overtime, and being flexible on many fronts. Who cares if his motive was to make the sale. If he hadn't satisfied this customer he wouldn't have. He did and more. I seriously can say this was the most relaxing and satisfying high ticket sales transaction I've ever experienced. Trustworthy and competent 4/1/2012

I drive about an hour, passing three other Toyota dealerships, to take my car to this place for any tune-up, check-ups and repairs. I can't believe I'm using this word, but I ""trust"" Toyota of Walnut Creek in their service department. I don't like dealerships because I usually feel like they are trying to scam me. But I like this one. I will probably get my next car from them as well. more

Helpful Staff - Honest Dealership 3/30/2012

Didn?t think there was a single decent car dealership until a good friend of mine recommended Toyota of Walnut Creek it was like I was in a completely different world of cars here, staff was actually NICE people who HELPED me find a car in my budget yeah my credit isn?t the best but they really pulled through for me I feel obligated to give them a five star rating because holy canoli I cant even find better service than here, great place to buy a car! more

Friendly people â?? no bs approach 2/4/2012

I live in concord and was ready to buy the new 2012 Camry. Concord Toyota is 15 minutes from my house, but I was not able to come to an agreement with them. I spent 3 hours negotiating and ended up leaving the store, they called me back and told me that my price was acceptable – I already knew that because I was driving the Camry I just bought at Walnut Creek Toyota. I spend 2 and a half hours including paperwork and finance. I am a very happy customer and I thank Toyota of Walnut Creek for the no bs approach – highly recommended. more

Sales review 1/3/2012

Found a great deal online for a pre-owned Corolla and called Toyota of walnut creek first. From there we communicated a few times via phone and email and I was really impressed with how fast they got back to me. They then offered me a decent deal and after a few back and forth emails I was satisfied. I got to the dealer around 4 and was out by 7 with the deatailed car. I did not experience the usual hassles that are associated with purchasing a car. I can confidently tell you to dealer with the Internet Dept at Walnut Creek Toyota ! awesome dealer and I Love my new car! more

incomparable experience 11/28/2011

I initially contacted Toyota of Freemont for their best OTD price on a 2011 Camry SE V6, well optioned, etc... I told them straight-up: Cash deal for a car that my employer was cutting a check for to buy me for work. Initial price was good (quote was not OTD as I requested though), but then it went up by thousands! day by day and they tried to play games with me. Later!!!! You Snooze, You Lose!!! I then contacted Toyota of walnut creek via e-mail requesting an OTD price on the same vehicle I had requested from the above dealer. Internet Manager responded promptly via e-mail gave me a great OTD price made our buying experience so much fun it didnt even feel like we were buying a car! We have been to several dealers and none compare to the experience we had at Toyota of walnut creek more

I will definitely be back! 10/4/2011

Last year I was looking for a Camry and while another local dealer was willing to give me a decent deal, the car was not exactly as promised. I kept looking online after many disappointing visits and found the Camry I wanted at Toyota of walnut creek, I ran over there and drove the car, I was a done deal. There was a little problem with the fender but they got it fixed and even delivered it to my house I gave it another hard inspection and the car looked better and newer than when I first crossed paths. I was treated fairly and I could not be happier. This is a first for me when dealing with a car dealer more

Looked for a new Prius... Found mostly good prices here, the showroom was spotless and quiet, which I preferred. Sales guy was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall experience was great and I would comeback for another car. more

Deeply unsatisfied - overpriced, unfreindly advisers 7/11/2011

I felt robbed when I left Toyota of Walnut Creek service center. My front passenger window malfunctioned. They gave me an estimate of $183 for repair. Then they came up with diagnosis that both window and regulator are broken and asked for $665. I declined to proceed. They still charged me $160 (for just opening and closing the door, not even taking the pieces of broken glass away!). When I brought my car to another service, it turned out that the regulator was fine and only window needs to be replaced. The whole job including cost of the window in another service was $180. In addition the technical adviser was very unfriendly and unpleasant, saying ""What's that?"" after every second word I said. more

Terrible Service-Take advantage of woman 7/1/2011

We took our car in on a monday for a 1 day service with an estimate of $1,300 in repairs, and a promised %15 discount on a coupon received in the mail... It took 4 days!!! They charged us $1,600 on addtional problems and gave us a $100 discount... When I do the math %15 should be $250.00... My wife was handleing it and they clearly rail roaded her. more

We went to Toyota in walnut creek to trade in our car for a new model, after trying to do exactly that at toyota in Oakland. I remembered why I hate this process, the Toyota in walnut creek was a completely different ball game. It was a great experience, brad helped us through every step of the process and made the buying of the car extremely smooth. We were able to get the price that we hoped for and were not disappointed. more

great customer service 5/30/2011

I normally despise car dealerships...everyone always try to get over on the females..and that is not cool. However, I must say I had a great experience with the team at Toyota of Walnut Creek. It was a lucky coincedence that the salesman's wife worked with my husband, so it made things go a lot smoother. I knew what I wanted when I got there, toyotawc was able to work out all my issues before I got to the dealership... they didn't say no to anything. I got almost the exact car I was looking for, minus the dark interior, but they made it worth my while. Thank You Toyota of Walnut Creek for treating me like a human being. more

toyota of walnut creek continues to impress 5/22/2011

I went car shopping and saw a Camry with a generous sticker price right in the front. I walked right up to it and examined it carefully. A nice saleswoman came up and was really knowledgeable about the car I was impressed she was even able to calculate my approximate down and monthly payments so when I got to finance I was amazed at how accurate she was. Can't recommend this Toyota dealership too highly! 4/25/2011

They took my 2000 honda on trade and I bought a camry. They had the right information and the right ideas about customer service. Greg was fantastic at details and follow through, including dealing with a complete junker on the trade. There were many details of my transaction that didn't go so smoothly, but they all stemmed from things outside their control. And as they arose ToyotaWC was fantastic at helping get things back on track! I recommend them to everyone, unlike a Toyota dealer I visited in Concord previously, I won't go into details, but you should look for a separate review there. more

Five stars! 2/27/2011

Great warranties here, I was able to get a great deal for my brand new Prius and they also gave me a comprehensive 5 yr warranty. Everyone was polite and attentive to my needs and always asked me about my opinions, which I thought was very rare. Overall, I must reccomend this dealership because of their service and they have a great finance department who are willing to do whateevr they can to make sure you get the best you can for your money, which I always appreciate. more

great price and good selection 1/30/2011

I’ve been so happy with my Honda civic for the last ten years because it meant I didn’t need a new car, but the transmission went out and it would’ve cost e more to fix it than to buy a new one since I didn’t have the heart to replace my civic, I thought id go with a different make. I sent some e-mails to dealerhsips around and Walnut Creek Toyota responded the quickest with the most information I was looking for, so I guess I wasgoing to get a Corolla I wanted something similar to the civic and decided on the Corolla I don’t want to say it, but I actually enjoy it much more than the civic, it had way more features and stereo system is much better. I ahev to recommend Toyota of Walnut Creek because they were fast and professional. more

Top notch customer service 12/31/2010

I totally give 5 stars to Toyota of Walnut Creek they put in a lot of hard work to make sure I was happy with my new car. I've been speaking with Rob for a while, and he's been very patient which is why I was happy to buy a car from him. I spent about a good few weeks going back and forth on to models and finally settled with the 2010 Corolla because it had a much nicer monthly payments. But the cars in their inventory didn't have the exterior color or the features I wanted, but that didn't stop my salesman. He found the exact car I wanted and I am very happy! Upfront and Helpful Staff 12/28/2010

I've always hated salesmen, I was one for a year before I realized how depressed I became after being one all day long. I've been otu of the business for about 10 years but remember my GM was cool, unfortunately, like most, he was no loner there :( But I met with one fo their sales managers, and he was real helpful on finding me a great truck without an xtreme price tag, I finally decided on the Tacoma and the process of buying took no longer than a few hours. I was home with my new car by dinner time. I am very pleased and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good service. more
