Review content:
I'm normally an online car shopper, but this was a time-sensitive situation when I quickly wanted to lease a car--remotely and not even for myself.
Luckily after calling another dealership where the telesales person had ""smarmy used car salesman"" techniques down pat, I hung up and called Toyota of Walnut Creek. Luckily I reached Bob who was as pleasant as can be and came through with flying colors, making the entire transaction seem effortless and to my satisfaction. He went the extra mile to work around the distance barriers, working overtime, and being flexible on many fronts.
Who cares if his motive was to make the sale. If he hadn't satisfied this customer he wouldn't have. He did and more. I seriously can say this was the most relaxing and satisfying high ticket sales transaction I've ever experienced. Thanks TWC!
