Via email, Shanice at Watertown offered me the best deal on a new car. The dealership was far from home but I felt good about Shanice and after having a pleasant experience with another associate when getting an estimate on my trade-in, I decided I'd come back the next day to purchase a car with my wife and baby.\r \r Shanice had already left and a friendly salesperson offered to assist. We told him that Shanice had already worked the numbers and we showed him our written quote. He then stepped away for a bit and came back with manager Alex Kazan. We told him what we were looking for but that Shanice had already gone over the numbers with us and we're ready to buy. He looked over the paperwork we brought with us, turned it over, and then started writing down numbers. He came up with a number and said "This is what you are going to pay for your vehicle." It was about $2K higher than our quote. \r \r We told him Shanice had already worked the numbers and given us a quote that was much more

Ok let me first state that the only car buying experience I had prior to this one was at a used car dealership in Natick. Tony, who had slicked back hair an 80s'porno style mustache and shiny gold (probably faux) medallions around his hairy neck was a bottom feeder. No Tony was the king of the bottom feeders. That said, I am somewhat perplexed by a few of the recent reviews. My experience, from start to finish, was fantastic. A prior stint of crappy jobs, which led to firings, excessive spending and a lack of savings some years back, had tarnished my credit score. Given this fact, I was apprehensive when the sales manager, Rick Hall, told me to come on in so we could explore my options. Last time I tried to buy a car, the salesman suggested that I borrow the money from my mom... Yeah this guy was like 5' 2"" and was basically telling me to f@ck off. So, I ended up going into Watertown Toyota that day and was treated like my credit score wasn't an issue at all. Right off the bat, which made me feel at ease. The salesman, Carlos, was also very helpful and let me test drive the car I was looking at immediately. Even before I was approved for financing. And, I got to drive it alone! The rest of the process was quick and painless. Rick worked with me so I could stay within my budget, but also got me a few extra features on the car. The final price was either lower or about the same as other local dealer estimates I looked into. During the signing process he was never pushy or discourteous and nothing was rushed. They took care of swapping my current registration, insurance and all other RMV paperwork, which is awesome. I mean have you been to the DMV? It's hell with tickets and benches.Anyway, if you are in the market for a new/used Toyota, I highly recommend Watertown Toyota. Stay away from Tony in Natick though... more

I have brought our Prius here for regular maintenance on three occasions. Each time, they have been courteous and prompt. The place is immaculate, they have a nice lounge, and their (free) shuttle driver is a doll and will drop you off anywhere. It's a pleasure bringing my car here for service. more

On my second lease with Toyota of Watertown; both have been very good, professional experiences, with courtesy, and not a lot of gamesmanship. Very direct, helpful staff, and their customer relations staff is great. Great service for oil changes, etc., and the waiting area is top shelf. I was referred to them by someone else, and I would refer them, too. more

I was in your waiting room from about 1:15 - 6pm, and the facilities are very comfortable and relaxing- the best I've ever encountered. I took my Rav4 in for a routine service and was very pleased with both the service department in general and the adviser, Chris, who was so helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all and he explained very clearly exactly what my car needed and how long it would take. I was impressed with how quickly my car was finished and how clean it was when I got it back. Plus, they have yummy treats in the waiting area! I'll only take my car here from now on and I'll always ask for Chris. more
