Shanice had already left and a friendly salesperson offered to assist. We told him that Shanice had already worked the numbers and we showed him our written quote. He then stepped away for a bit and came back with manager Alex Kazan. We told him what we were looking for but that Shanice had already gone over the numbers with us and we're ready to buy. He looked over the paperwork we brought with us, turned it over, and then started writing down numbers. He came up with a number and said "This is what you are going to pay for your vehicle." It was about $2K higher than our quote. \r
