This was undoubtedly one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences I have ever had. Tim Shelton was a no pressure salesman. He did all he could do to let the vehicle sell itself. The dealership provides great service and provides a comfortable, pleasant waiting area for service customers. We had brought in our '06' Prius for service and I mentioned that we would like to look at the current model Prius while there (we live 60 miles away). The service writer, Jeff, located Tim and told him of our interest. Great teamwork Toyota Boerne. Christian Guerra also is what we called a 'winner' at Dow chemical where I worked for 35 years. We are sold on you guys.\r more

I also felt the dealership was built with the customers pleasure and comfort in mind as its main objective. \r Glenn Edwards was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I felt that the Boerne dealership was mine an I had access to any of the aminaties provide by Toyota of Boerne. Glenn made me feel as if I was being welcomed into his ""home"" and I should feel comfortable visiting anytime and would be welcomed to take advantage of whatever is provided there. \r ""My house is your house."" And I just might do that if I happen to be in the neighborhood. \r more

I have a pleasant experience when we were there yesterday, the ambiance of the place is cool. Almost all the employee i have met have a smile on there face. Riki Butler is very articulate, know her job very well, she explained everything what we should know about the car up to its maintenance. And you could felt the sincerity in everything she says.\r more

Riki is thorough, friendly, and very professional. She responded quickly to my internet request for pricing and worked diligently on my behalf to reach a deal on a new Prius. In addition she followed up during the finance process to ensure that deal particulars were correct and that there were no snags - and arranged to have a tech stay to add a protective applique prior to delivery the next day. At car pickup Riki explained the differences between our 2010 and the 2013 - she really knows the product. Thanks Riki for a great experience!!\r more

My wife and I started our experience on line. We researched Toyota of Boerne's inventory.\r Once we found a car we were interested in, a request was sent via email. Mr. Bob Conine\r returned our request with an on line offer for a new car. With the info and price given, I \r researched if this was a fair price and was pleased to see it was a very fair price. Supported by this information we met Bob at the dealeship and came away very pleased with the purcahse. All of the individuals that we encountered at this dealership were very professional but truly made you feel at home. i would recommend this dealership to my friends, family , and anyone else looking for a new or used vehicle. Glenn Edwards was great in my 2013 Camry purchase. No pressure, he gave me great service, honest pricing and a great delivery inspection. I've already recommended him to friends. This was my best and quickest purchase. No problems, friendly service and knowlegable service. I'd highly recommend Glenn and Toyota of Boerne for a new car purchase. John has a very caring demeanor and you can tell that he takes great pride in selling Toyota vehicles. Treated really well by everyone . Mr Temple brought the vehicle to my home so I could try it out conveniently. He also took my trade in vehicle back to the dealership so it could be appraised. On arriving at the dealership the next day I was welcomed by several staff including Mr Guerra and Mr Vaughn. The process of purchasing the vehicle was easier than I had imagined, and I happily drove away in my new 2014 Sequoia confident that I had made a great purchase at a great price.
