Excited to be back 11/24/2010

I am not what you would consider your model dental patient. I try to take really great care of my teeth at home, so I do not have to see the dentist. However, I broke down, put my anxieties aside and made an appointment. I can't express how pleased I was with the staff and the care they provided. I felt very comfortable and actually enjoyed my 1st visit. Sara(h) and Dr. Erin were FANTASTIC! They were both very thorough and took all of my concerns into account. A huge THANK YOU to all at Towne Center Family Dental for making my 1st experience as pleasant as possible! more

Gentle Dental 11/19/2010

Dr. Dawn has been my dentist for 5 years and she has always been proactive with my dental hygiene.I appreciate her genuine sincerity in my total well being.The staff her is awesome they not only are easy to speak with but they listen to what is being said.I am very blessed to have found this dental office for my care.Once again I thank all of you & have a blessed holiday! more

Cleaning & filling 11/12/2010

Staff was professional and the service was excellent! Keri's exam and cleaning were thorough and Dr. Dawn provided the fastest filling with the least amount of pain I've ever had. more

Competent, friendly service, but expensive 11/7/2010

I've been a patient for many years and love the staff and service I receive. My only complaint is that they don't belong to any networks of dental plans. Sure they submit claims to my insurance, but in this day and age, to not belong to any networks seems self-defeating. Wake up Dr. Al and join the new century. more

The office staff at Towne Center is one of the nicest around. The hygenists and docs do a great job. They make it fun for kids too - especially Jamie, our favorite hygenist. more

Wonderful as always 10/19/2010

This practice is technically among the best, but just as importantly the people who work here are wonderful. They greet patients by name and become friends. They will work with you on anything from scheduling appointments to how to stay healthy. I have had lots of dental issues but this dental group helps me cope. I love this practice. more

I continue to be amazed on how the team at Towne Centre Family Dental can create such a fun, relaxing and enjoyable environment when people are waiting to get their teeth worked on which is usually an event everyone dreads. I don't think it's in the water....it's in the staff's DNA. This is a group of people who love what they do, enjoy working together and take pride in delivering a world class dental experience. I wish this experience could be replicated at our pediatricians office. more

Not pleased 10/19/2010

Anonymous pre-determinations without prior discussion of treatment plan, for expensive procedures, two-week and four year failure of $3,200 bridgework with chipping and cracking. Difficult partial fit greatly improved with current dentist. Difficult getting through to make appointments and emergency visits. more
