I am a new client at Towne Centre after having gone to the same dentist for approx. 15 years. Everyone that I've encountered during my visits has been friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. There's so much going on in the office all the time, there are experts available in every phase of treatment, and everyone seems to like what they do. I am so happy that I tried something new. Tissue Conditioning: Lower partial is more comfortable now. I have managed to keep the partial in for two days with less tenderness on the left side. more

Appointment was at 1115. i arrived, and tried to check in, but there was 1 person at the desk, who was facing forward helping someone else. after standing there unacknowledged for a few minutes, i just sat down until i saw someone else walk by. so i was on time, but did not check in until 10 or 15 minutes later. the appointment itself was good. dr. dawn made sure i was always comfortable, made sure i knew what she was doing all the time, if i needed anything. i felt very well taken care of, and like i was their main concern (which is not always the case when you go to a medical appointment somewhere else). here i am always made to feel important, and like a friend. the atmosphere is so friendly and warm. that is one of the reasons, that despite living 40 minutes away now, i have kept coming back. so although sometimes sign in can be frustrating since it is not really obvious someone has come in, and if the receptionist may be busy with someone else and doesn't notice you immediately, the overall experience of this office is always great. great staff, great dentists, great environment. they always work with my schedule and other things. dont have enough positive to say about you all. keep it up! more

It has been almost one year since I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Dawn and her wonderful office staff. I am a patient who has had a long past history of unpleasant and less than experienced care. I came to arrive at Towne Centre Family Dental because of the caring and concern of Anna, one of the receptionists. She read my email "can you help me dental emergency" and the rest is history. I have had some extreme dental work performed during the past year and every one, has been handled with professional care and concern for me as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Dawn is beyond gifted with not only professional techniques, but very much a people person. She will put you at ease, even in the most "unpleasant" procedures. Trust me, this is the practice you want your entire family and friends to experience! more

I am one of those guys whom for whatever reason has been putting off going to the denist for years, 10 or more. Dr. Al and his staff really took me under their care. The level of care and understanding from your staff is second to none. I was absolutly impressed with the level of technology imbraced by your staff. I highly recommend going to this dental office. We were very confused with your billing and different times we were charged to pay out of pocket plus the statements sent to us prior to payment status from the insurance. We would like to get one consolidated billing report showing services, total due, what was paid by insurance vs. us and how is pending. I have no way of reconciling the info. at this time. more

Considering how I hate to get my teeth cleaned, this was a good experience. I have no complaints. more
