I am so thrilled to be getting this done. It has been on my list of things to do for years. I waited because I was scared. Dr. Dawn and her staff were excellent. It did not hurt getting it done. I had envisioned huge pliers coming at me to remove my caps. That was not the case. Everyone was on encouraging and gentle. I would go through this again if it had to. It was a piece of cake! I am very happy with my first visit. Everyone is friendly in which helps a lot especially for a nervous patient. I went in there with lots of anxiety but talking to Dr. Al helped calm me. Jenna did an awesome job with my teeth. I like that they make sure you don't feel pain 'cause that is what has kept me from going to a dentist. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I'm confident they will do an amazing job. more

I'm not sure why I wasn't with my regular hygenist and was under the impression that the appointment was made with her. I was not comfortable with the person who cleaned my teeth. more

The staff at Towne Centre are very sensitive to everyones needs. This is the only dentist my children have been too and are very comfortable here. They allow parents to sit with their children during treatment if a child is nervous. Super nice there. more

From the moment you walk in the front door till you leave your experience is one of pleasure. You are immediately put at ease, everything is explained in full to you and all your questions are answered. You have a one-on-one with the Dentist and again any questions are answered for you.
