My first visit I scheduled an appointment with a Josh for a cleaning, when I arrived the dentist took less then 5 minutes to diagnose my mouth, not thorough at all. After the doctor examined me the assistant shawanda or something came back with a bill of almost 3,000 and then told me that my share would be 400.00 dollars. I sat there thinking I was going to get my cleaning, and she replied you weren't scheduled for a cleaning, then a lady nam,e Beverly came back extremely rude and said I wasn't getting my teeth cleaned and that maybe that wasn't the office for me. I then advised her that I'd took time off from work.1.5 hours to come there and not get my teeth cleaned. I finally encouraged her to schedule me an evening appt. ok... fresh start so I thought: my appt was scheduled for 5pm for a full mouth peridontal deep cleaning which is a two hour procedure. I didn't realize that I wasn't getting my whole mouth done until the hygeneist numbed only one side of my mouth and I asked her why and she kept making excuses and was running back and forth to Beverly the office manager whispering trying to find something to tell me. As Denise began to start on my mouth along with all of the phony excuses I saw Beverly through my pereferial vision doing hand gestures, then Beverly came over and said that I couldn't get my whole mouth done because there was a miscommunication. Very un-organized, very unprofessional. Denise just did an ok job, but I will be calling my insurance company.
