Went in for an oil change- 5,000 mile service they call it. My starter was going so they replaced that, and told me my battery failed the load test and I needed a new battery too. Overcharged me on the entire deal, didn't give me any warranty for the battery, "Just bring it by" the guy says. If I have to pay that much for a battery that I could have walked across the street to Costco and gotten for 1/2 as much- you should really get a written warranty. \r

Get in the vehicle after said work was done, and get 1/2 way home before I realize the stereo no longer works. Take it back to the dealership and have the mechanic look at it- and he can't find anything wrong. They were going to replace the radio- free of cost (kudos to them on this one) but then it "magically" started working again the next day. \r
