Went in for an oil change- 5,000 mile service they call it. My starter was going so they replaced that, and told me my battery failed the load test and I needed a new battery too. Overcharged me on the entire deal, didn't give me any warranty for the battery, "Just bring it by" the guy says. If I have to pay that much for a battery that I could have walked across the street to Costco and gotten for 1/2 as much- you should really get a written warranty. \r \r Get in the vehicle after said work was done, and get 1/2 way home before I realize the stereo no longer works. Take it back to the dealership and have the mechanic look at it- and he can't find anything wrong. They were going to replace the radio- free of cost (kudos to them on this one) but then it "magically" started working again the next day. \r \r Several weeks later I popped my hood and come to find out the nut to the cable which grounds the battery to the frame of the vehicle was totally loose and about ready to fall off.
