Great Service. 6/3/2009

What a breath of fresh air it is to walk into this Town Square Furniture. This is not just a store, it's a showroom. The place is beautifully decorated and accessorized. Each area is set in its own room setting. They even have working TVs in their entertainment centers. The selection is great. \r \r I purchased a perfect Tuscan style sectional. I got to pick my choice of fabric and design layout. Two different salespeople helped me. Both were very knowledgeable and pleasant. There was no pressure. In my past experiences with purchasing furniture, I have felt like I was buying a used car. Even their delivery crew was nice. \r \r I have had my sectional for three months and couldn't be happier. Nice Store 5/29/2009

I bought monitor stand from Town Square over the weekend. I didn't need anything fancy. I saw an ad in the paper and went to Town Square. I have to admit they have a lot of them. I found a one for $399. They had it in stock and I took it home. It's much better than the ones in the TV stores. I would have given them 5 stars, but they were so busy on Memorial Day that I had to wait to buy it. more

I have been searching for a TV stand for my new Samsung high definition TV for months. I recently saw an ad for Town Square Furniture in Campbell, so I checked them out. This store had the best selection of TV stands anywhere! I have been to at least 15 stores in the Bay Area from San Francisco to San Jose looking for a TV stand. Not one store had a selection even close to Town Square's. They must have had over 100 stands to choose from on their showroom floor. Even with that selection, I didn't see exactly what I wanted. A sales person named Vince helped us and explained that there were lots of other stands available than just what was on their sales floor. They even had a couple of manufacturers that could custom design a stand for my needs. Pros: The best selection of TV stands. more

A great experience 5/8/2009

I recently purchased a bookcase from Town Square Furniture. I have to say, I am completely satisfied with my purchase. In this day of particle board, imported, "You put together" junk, it was great to find a store that carried solid wood, quality furniture. The bookcase is everything I expected. The craftsmanship is excellent.\r \r The bookcase came in a few weeks ahead of schedule and the delivery men were clean, professional, and on time. The were very careful and made sure they did not damage my floors.\r \r I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received from Town Square Furniture. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. more

Best Selection In The Bay Area 5/4/2009

I have been searching for a TV stand for my new Samsung high definition TV for months. I recently saw an ad for Town Square Furniture in Campbell, so I checked them out. Nice furniture, Bad experience 3/26/2008

I ordered a desk here 3 months ago and was told there would be a 6 week lead time. After 4 weeks I called for an updated and the same guy who sold me the desk (the store MANAGER, named Vince) asked why I was calling so early and that he had specifically told me there would be a 2 month lead time. Nice..\r \r The desk was delivered and the guys who delivered it did a great job. However it was the wrong desk model, one of the drawers knobs were crooked, and they came with a bunk light installed in the middle instead of task lights on the side. \r \r None of this was that big of a deal as the model they shipped was fine with me if they could refund me the difference, which they did. What pissed me off was waiting 3 weeks to get the new drawer face and task lights installed. I had to call them every couple days to make sure any progress was being made and they never once called me with an update. I was told again and again that the stuff 'was on the next truck' and would be delivered in more

Exceptionally Rude People 3/24/2008

Never going back again, the salesperson (Vince) was really RUDE and demanding and pushy. As I was leaving he screamed that I should shop at K-mart since I couldn't afford their prices. One thing he was right they are very expensive. I went back to the same store which bought my bedroom set few months ago. And was really satisfied with them. I don?t know why I didn?t go there at the first place. (I highly recommend them,see my review on them) bought exactly the same TV stand for less .. I never going back to Town Square and, I will tell everyone not to shop there unless they like to be humiliated and pay high prices. more

Can't count on them, they've lied to me every step of the way, poor quality furniture. 3/4/2007

I purchased a couch there, paid quite a bit for it. What I received was the worst couch I have ever had. The leather was of the worst quality (even admitted by one of the employees there). What they had in the showroom was a different quality item, which they somehow neglected to mention was not what was actually sold. It appears very close to cheap pleather vinyl (which it may actually be). They were a month late with it, and the cushions were not what I ordered. Its been 3 months now and I have still not received the proper ones. I have just received a new excuse every month. Pros: They do bi-weekly follow up calls with excuses. Cons: Marked up worthless garbage. more

I purchased a couch there, payed quite a bit for it. What I recieved was the worst couch I have ever had. The leather was of the worst quality (even admitted by one of the employees there). What they had in the showroom was a different quality item, which they somehow neglected to mention was not what was actually sold. It appears very close to cheap pleather vinyl (which it may actually be). They were a month late with it, and the cushions were not what I ordered. Its been 3 months now and I have still not received the proper ones. I have just received a new excuse every month. more

Great Furniture Store 8/10/2005

I can highly recommend this furniture store. I've bought a dining set and a bedroom set from them. Their prices are amazing. Something for every budget. The quality of the furniture is superb. They deliver (at no extra charge) to your home and the guys who deliver the furnture will place it in your home exactly where you want it (and don't mind moving it if you change your mind!) They will also special order any items you don't see in the store. Well worth a visit. They have their own parking lot. more
