I purchased a couch there, paid quite a bit for it. What I received was the worst couch I have ever had. The leather was of the worst quality (even admitted by one of the employees there). What they had in the showroom was a different quality item, which they somehow neglected to mention was not what was actually sold. It appears very close to cheap pleather vinyl (which it may actually be). They were a month late with it, and the cushions were not what I ordered. Its been 3 months now and I have still not received the proper ones. I have just received a new excuse every month.
Pros: They do bi-weekly follow up calls with excuses.
Cons: Marked up worthless garbage.
