After dealing with other dealership(Dodge) to find out Torre Nissan (NISSAN) cared more about making sure my car was running properly. Grate staff ,service dept Mark was grate and Brenda from shuttle/rental dept. I will be coming back for more service. more

I went into the dealership just to look at a car I saw on line. I was met by Percy who showed me the car and then took me for a really informative test drive. The more he demonstrated the car the more I wanted it. Percy was the absolute nicest sales person I have ever dealt with. He made certain I felt comfortable with the payments and purchasing the car. He took me quickly to the rental car place so I could save money on my rental car. He took me to get my car that was at a repair shop to bring the car to the dealership. He then took me and introduced me to all of the people I would be dealing with when I brought my car back for servicing. I must say I was so impressed with my experience with how the people at this dealership interacted with me. more

The Best 2/19/2016

Everything was fine until I drove off the lot and found out that the drivers side window did not work. I brought the car back in and Mark in service took care of me. Had to order a part.. but it was taken care of in 2 days. I was a little frustrated at the fact that I thought the car had been certified and everything worked. Percy offered me a free key chain or visor for my trouble... Found this to be a bit insulting. more

I am very happy with everyone involved. I came from PS Nissan (Where I used to work and have purchase 2 vehicles from) and was not only treated like an outsider, they didn't even try to help me out. I never even told Sid the sales manager or Jose my salesman what they offered me or any numbers I was told and right off the bat they helped me. I told Jose when I got there that I didn't want to play any games and he was extremely honest and open and helpful. He respected my wishes and my time. I was done with the entire purchase in less than 2 hours (including selecting the vehicle, credit, figuring out payment, finance and delivery) I was amazed! Thank you so much! I will never go back to PS Nissan again! more
