I’ve had the privilege of working with personnel at Top Tech for the last 18 months. They have been completing scheduled maintenance and demand repairs on our Qwest fleet. I believe a repair shop should not only complete repairs “right the first time,” take care of any warranty issues and do what they say they’ll do, but also must communicate continually with their customers – Top Tech takes great care of our vehicles and communicates the status of any other issue with me constantly. more

I have always had great service at Top Tech. There are not many places like them around, everyone’s trying to find things wrong with your car so they can squeeze extra money out of you, but at Top Tech the manager was helping us find the cheapest solutions to our problems and cut us a really crazy deal on a new set of tires. I’m serious when I say that without them we would not know what to do or where to go. So thank you so much. more

I have been going to Top Tech for over 6 years now and those guys have always taken care of whatever I have ever needed! They have dropped at a moment’s notice what they were doing and came to help me in times of need. The waiting room is always clean, plenty of pictures of the owner’s beautiful family (he has 5 children). I would recommend anyone to go to Top Tech for their automotive needs. more

The individuals in this company whether in person or on the phone, were professional and courteous in the way they handled our business. I could trust they would have the work done as promised. As always, we had vehicles breakdown that were not prescheduled to be maintained, and Top Tech always managed to squeeze us in to be repaired in a timely manner. Top Tech bent over backwards to help with the rolling stock of our 50 plus vehicle fleet! more

We had to have the transmission fixed on our family car and the guys stayed longer on a Friday night to get it done so I wouldn't be without a car longer than a week! They did a great job and my car runs fine. more

Horrible, and I am really angry. I went in to this place a little over a week ago because I had a bad coolant leak. I am a 22-yr-old female college student, and don't know anything about cars. I also just moved to Billings a few months ago, and saw ads for this place and went to their website and read all the nice reviews. When I got there, they took a look at my car and said it would be about $1,000 dollars to fix... I was shocked at first because I didn't think it would be that much! I told them that friction had caused the front of my car to catch on fire about a month previously and a bunch of work had been done on my car AFTER they had taken a look at my car. They told me that my water pump was the source of the leak and my timing belt was saturated with coolant and needed to be replaced. I called my father and told him about what they said, and he talked to them and they sounded nervous and unsure of what they originally told me after I had told them my car was recently worked on. My dad told me they might be trying to rip me off. I told him they were really nice and didn't think they would do that to me. I always try to see the good in people. Well, I told my coworker, and he said his friend was a mechanic and they would take a look for me. They called me back and said that it was my throttle body intake hose and for me to take a look. They opened the hood, and the first thing I noticed was the hose they were talking about was completely disconnected. It was REALLY OBVIOUS WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. They told me there was no way they wouldn't have noticed that, even I NOTICED IT, and it was a cheap and easy fix... so they were probably trying to get more money out of me by telling me it was my water pump. My water pump was old, but it would be quite awhile until it needed to be replaced. It cost us $15 dollars to buy a new hose. My car has been working amazing since. I am very angry. I have heard of auto mechanics taking advantage of women because they don't know anything about cars. I want to believe they just couldn't figure out the problem... but there is NO WAY they didn't know it was that hose. I may have just gotten the sleezy mechanic out of their staff, and maybe the rest of the staff their are honest people... but I am NEVER going there again. Also, every time a friend of mine tells me there is something wrong with their car I am going to recommend that they don't go to this place and tell them my story. Again, I am really really angry. The difference between $15 and $1000 dollars doesn't lie. more

The facility did exactly as i asked, took their time & made me feel very appreciated. I will return for there services again in the future. more

The folks at Top Tech were friendly and polite. They gave us a complete estimate for everything and their service was above and beyond! more

Fixed my car and got me moving again so I could safely make it back home to my usual mechanic. They did a lot to help me out and I really appreciate it. more

My car needed to be fixed immediately and I didn't know where to go. AAA referred me and they were great. more

They lied and charged me for services they didn't complete. They charged me $2500 for the work. It took them 14 days to complete a valve job, oil leak repair and transmission leak repair and they cracked my manifold in the process. They asked me to come back so they could check the work a month after they did the work. They said everything looked good. I brought it to another shop to have the manifold replaced due to the extensive time it took them to complete the original work. The second shop found that t he head was leaking and the oil pan was leaking. When they pulled the head off the gasket was put on upside down, 10 of the 12 valves are leaking, the head was not machined correctly and is not sitting correctly on the block. I called top tech and he said well that just to bad and they were not going to refund any of the money because I should have brought it back to them. I let him know that I am filing a complaint with the department of justice, AAA and file in small claims court. He said well keep the pictures you took of the work you will need them in court more

This place has always done a great job with my truck. Every time I go there I am satisfied with the work. They do a good job. more
