I love coming here for my tune ups and oil changes. But I wouldn't come here for brakes again. They were the best price but I didn't get brakes that were compatible with my shoes. When I went in to tell them I was having problems with the pads they put on the gentleman at the counter didn't believe me but was going to have them looked at any way. Of course he came back saying they were cheaper pads and were making a ton of dust (which is a problem) and that if it happens again then they will have to either change the pads out or fix the shoes some how??? Why wouldn't they have fixed it on the spot? All I know is no more top performance for anything but oil and tune ups. more

This was my first visit to Top Performance. After being disappointed a number of times with my previous auto service vendor, we decided to try Top Performance. They were courteous, got the work done, and the price which was reasonable, was as quoted (no surprises after the work was started). more

I made an appointment to bring in a vehicle with the Engine Warning Light on. I was getting a little frustrated when I had not heard back from them after a couple of hours. However, when they called me I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their diagnostic process to ensure they were making the appropriate repair. I was hoping that I would get the vehicle back in 2-3 hours, but was happy to leave it there for 6 hours knowing that the job was done right. I am really excited about finding a great shop so close to home. more

I moved to Washington in 2009. My Honda accord needed the timing belt changed and I needed to find a trustworty mechanic. This was scary for me since when I lived in California I had friends who owned their own shops and now I needed to go to a total stranger. The mechanics and the owner of Top Performance treated me and my car great from the very first visit. They do not do work on my car just because they provide me with complete information on cost and a timeline of having work done. They make sure I am aware that while something does not need to be done at the moment it will in the future. I have referred several friends and family members to their shop. All have the same positive experience that I have. This past year I purchased a brand new car and when going through the deal process one of my first questions to my sales person was I required to obtain my services throug the dealer as I had a mechanic that I use. That was a big deal to be able to use Top Performance for regular/routine maintenance and not a dealer mechanic. I recommend whether it is just an oil change or bigger repair needs that you check out Top Performance. You will be a satisfied customer. more

My truck was invaded by a pack of mice in the heater.NO heat but lots of odor. The nest was removed and the heater fixed. I guess I will keep the truck another 15 years. Great job to all that participated in the removal. more

The service was fast and convenient. Customer service is great. My only concern is when trying to determine what work was completed is a little confusing on my docs. There is a statement if applicable listed after two of the services and it would be great to just say they were done or not. I'll go back for future service but will also make sure I ask what was done specifically. more

I brought my vehicle in with an idle issue. They quoted me a diagnostic fee, but my vehicle worked fine at the shop over the course of two days. When I picked up the vehicle there were no charges to my account! more
