I moved to Washington in 2009. My Honda accord needed the timing belt changed and I needed to find a trustworty mechanic. This was scary for me since when I lived in California I had friends who owned their own shops and now I needed to go to a total stranger.
The mechanics and the owner of Top Performance treated me and my car great from the very first visit. They do not do work on my car just because they provide me with complete information on cost and a timeline of having work done. They make sure I am aware that while something does not need to be done at the moment it will in the future. I have referred several friends and family members to their shop. All have the same positive experience that I have. This past year I purchased a brand new car and when going through the deal process one of my first questions to my sales person was I required to obtain my services throug the dealer as I had a mechanic that I use. That was a big deal to be able to use Top Performance for regular/routine maintenance and not a dealer mechanic. I recommend whether it is just an oil change or bigger repair needs that you check out Top Performance. You will be a satisfied customer.
