SUMETRI IS THE BOMB-DIGGITY! 9/1/2011

This has been the first salon, that I have just absolutely adored! I have not been a client of your salon that long, however each and every time I have an appointment, I am made to feel as though you all have known me for years and years. I have had the pleasure of having Sumetri as my stylist and she is oh so fabulous and has been the BEST stylist I have ever had -- from the very first appointment with her I have had nothing less than a wonderful, money well spent experience with her....if she moves I will follow!! Yesterday I got the works! Cut, color, eye brows... Erin is not only talented at her craft, but she is extremely entertaining! She is a true artist with color too -- she knows what to pick to complement your own coloring! Angela is also an eyebrow goddess!!! I felt very pampered and I love my new "do"!!! more

Devine Devon Facial 8/29/2011

Last week I had a facial with Devon. What a treat! Peace prevailed. The quiet almost non existence music, low light. I came in stressed and jittery. I entered another place. The slow applications of very warm moist towels, then cool. Facial, neck, shoulders, and arms massage soothed my stress. Thank you Devine Devon! Look forward to another treat. more

Poor service 8/26/2011

Sad to report such poor service. I've never walked into a salon where 3 employees were at the desk and NOT ONE greeted me. I introduced myself and was curtly told to sign in. It took 15 minutes for me to be addressed following sign in. It took an additional 10 minutes after that for an employee to talk to me about my appointment which was canceled. There was little remorse nor an apology for my wasted time. more
