Review content:
Sad to report such poor service. I've never walked into a salon where 3 employees were at the desk and NOT ONE greeted me. I introduced myself and was curtly told to sign in. It took 15 minutes for me to be addressed following sign in. It took an additional 10 minutes after that for an employee to talk to me about my appointment which was canceled. There was little remorse nor an apology for my wasted time.
