Tony Autoplex 3/24/2014

This dealership is in a great location to where I live so I can easily have my maintenance done on my vehical. It also has a great car wash that does a great job for the price but you need to go early so that you are not waiting in the long line of cars that show up to also get a wash. more

OVERPRICED 3/24/2014

MY ABS light was on. They charged me a $135.00 diagnostic fee just to tell me that a sensor was going bad - not bad yet. They said it would cost $200.00 for labor and $200.00 for the part. I got Goodyear to complete the same diagnosis for free. I went to O'Reillys and got the same part for $100.00 and got it installed for even cheaper. Do not complete car service at this location unless you want to lose money. more

Most visits have been great experiences 12/31/2013

In most instances, the Hyundai Service Advisors really knew the vehicles and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. Pricing has been generally fair and the technicians are professional. They actually performed the work they charged us for unlike other dealers within the Tony Group. more
