integrity is high on my list!!! If you say my car will be ready in an hour or less and it takes over 1:20 and the rep does not even know that it is there waiting for me....that is definitely not my idea for a successful customer patronage. more

Honesty 7/31/2013

Service writers who are sincere, honest, point blank. Giving quality and quantity with knowledge and genuine concern. Extremely respectful to female clientele, with no feeling of intimidation or even making you feel like they were talking a different language. You walk in nervous, budgeting and worried when vehicle issues arise. But with in a minute or two your walking out with relief knowing your in great hands.
