Best Toyota Dealer in the US 4/27/2012

I would have to say, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. The staff was friendly and most importantly, open and honest about financing, pricing, and trade in. No surprises, just the reality of trading in a car and buying a new one. You want the best trade in and the best price on a new car. With Tony Devino. everything is out in the open and there are no games. But - the one thing that makes you know that you made the right choice is when it comes to service and service care. I drive 50 miles to Tony Devino to have oil changes and factory service - because they do it right. They wash your car during a oil change, they make you feel at home there. I have recommended 5 friends who wanted a new Toyota and they have all expressed to me how happy they are. Absolutely 5 Stars!!! more

Best experience I have ever had! 3/1/2012

As far as car dealerships go this place is the nirvana of car dealerships. I bought a Toyato Fj from Tony Divinos and the salesman, Jeff Moore didn't pressure me, he didn't force my hand in any way and I had pretty much decided what I wanted to buy. He made it very easy to order all of the extra's that I wanted and in less than 48 hrs after I decided what i wanted I was driving it because they were willing to drive all over Utah and Idaho to get me the Fj that i wanted. If i were going to but another vehicle I would only but at Tony Divino's Toyota. more

Last week I purchased a 2006 Highlander, my second car from your dealership. It was a good experience and I appreciated the way your sales staff ( Guy and Ken ) cooperated to bring me all the information I needed. I thought you should know about an incident that happened while I was away from your dealership and considering my options. I was at Burt Brothers in Farmington, buying a new automobile battery. While there I asked how much they would charge to inspect a used car that I hoped to buy. They asked about the car, so I told them it was a certified used Toyota. The price for the inspection was $48 or so, as I recall. Then Cory asked who was selling it. I told him it was Tony Divino Toyota. Cory told me that they would be glad to inspect the car, but that there really was no need ""not with those guys."" He assured me that your shop had a great reputation and that your mechanics would have done a thorough, professional job. I thought you and your shop people needed to know that they have that sort of reputation. more

This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Now that I have been driving Toyota built cars for over eleven years...I won't be driving Fords anymore! Sue is the best person that I have EVER dealt with for financing. This is the third car she has done for me and my wife. She deserves a RAISE! more

It was due to our salesman that we purchased the vehicle. We had an opportunity to go to another dealership, but chose to buy from Jeff Morse. Very satisfied. Salesman was not pushy. We came back several times before we finally made the purchase. Jeff waited until we were ready to buy. more

Because of the sales person I bought at this dealership. He was honest and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted and was able to guide me in the sales process. I looked at other dealers but decided his honesty was what I needed. I will buy from him again. He made me feel comfortable and at ease during the sale. I had tons of questions and he was able to give the information I needed. more

Would definitely buy from them again 6/16/2011

Contacted over internet. Recieved very prompt quote that was better than Edmonds TMV. Salesman worked hard to find vehicle that I wanted (wanted tow package Sienna) and arranged to have it dealer traded from Pocatello, ID. Went to dealer, and had a very positive experience. We were able to test drive the vehicle without him present in the car, and he didn't pressure us to close the deal when we indicated we wanted to think about it. Very curteous and promt on the phone and in person. Finance department was very similar. Lots of extra options offered, but lots she said were a waste of money. Offered very good prices and told us we should think about it/research it and get back with her. Would definitely buy from them again more

My customer service expectations were exceeded purchasing my car. Low key sales approach and the pricing was at or below researched models. No back and forth negotiation with my Sales Person and the deal on the car made my decision easy. I'm not sure my experience could've improved and base this on past experience at other dealerships. more

Very impressed 6/2/2011

I made contact with Tony Divino Toyota over the phone, I was impressed right off the bat on how they answered the phone, I felt that I could speak to the salesman about anything, especially being a woman I did not feel like I had to be on the defense or have my Car buying Guard up at all, they invited me to come in and test drive and actually let the cars sell themselves. From the moment I stepped into the Dealership I was happy and I have truly experienced the best! I will never think of car buying as a hassle again. Thank you! more

I absolutely LOVED dealing with the salesman Dennis King. He was VERY knowledgeable and I will continue to go through him in the future! Sara Baca contacted me and emailed me her contact information. She told me to contact her if I needed anything. It was very nice to know the company cared enough to follow up with me. Susan in Finance was WONDERFUL! She understood what I wanted and needed and did everything to meet the goals I had. I hope to deal with her when I decide to purchase another vehicle. good. price. 5/24/2011

Had to run in for service on a saturday. Service writter Lisa was very friendly and I was greated promptly. They got my car right back and told me it would be done no later than 3pm. They called at 2pm and said it was ready to go. Everything was done as expexted and explained. Cashier was friendly. Even purchased a battery for an intelligent key for my other car, which was an infiniti. Good price. more

I attempted to get a vehicle through you and although I was not approved I just wanted to say it was probably the best service I have ever had and I will definately reccomend you to anybody I know. Even after finding out that you wouldn't be able to help me Susan still called to give me some advice about how to improve my situation and dennis called to inform me what the issues were. I truly felt like they cared and that is a very rare thing in the car sales industry so to susan dennis and robert a huge thanks for not treating me like just a number. more
